These employees need to learn how to make a breve, it's not a latte with regular milk it's made with half-and-half. I paid for a breve and got a latte. This is happened more than once to me with Starbucks I'm extremely disappointed. But I asked them to fix it they were not very nice.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have visited in years.Cleanliness: The restroom was filthy with urine on the floor and, dirt in the corners and dust on the paper towels dispenser.Customer Service: A gentleman who cannot be named due to his badge being illegible (started with a Q I think) took a call and walked away from the line of people waiting to order so he could speak to the person on the phone about their schedule leaving us waiting. The drive thru employee had to run over and try to help us when she saw he was not going to acknowledge the customers. She had to try to deal with the drive thru customers and the customers in line. When he was done and came back up it was in the middle of my transaction and he did not apologize for the wait or anything and instead was arguing over the headset with the woman who just helped him. Fully unprofessional and lacking for a company like this.*Edit* The drink I ordered was made by the woman running back and forth from the register and the drive thru and she did an amazing job. If it wasn't for her I would have walked out of this place.

After a bad experience at Dutch Bros in Hermiston this morning, we we’re very happy with our service and beverages at Starbucks! My blended pink drink was PERFECT. Hubby’s coffee was made just right. Thank you for making our morning!

It will work in a pinch when nothing else is open. Definitely not good Coffee super weak! Definitely overrated and more of a staus thing for smug people to hangout and feel important in their prius or tesla than a place for people who actually enjoy good coffee.
