The Mapo tofu on the special spicy is excellent
It's a hole in the wall but sometimes words speak louder than pictures.
The food is amazing!! Worth the trip from PDX even if i wasn't in The Dalles for other reasons. Best Egg Foo Young I've ever had and delicious fried rice. Just had to get some S&S pork and fried shrimp to go. Check it out!! You can thank me later. 😋

Orient Cafe is our favorite Chinese Food Restaurant in The Gorge and we will gladly drive from Hood River to either get an order out or eat in. All of the food is made fresh. The Deluxe Special is our standby, but everything else we've had is just as good. Best Almond Chicken Subgum we've probably ever had. Friendly faces greet us every time we arrive. Love this place!
