As far as fast food is concerned, McDonald's is by far the best. If you have a problem, the manager are all positive, polite, and prompt. They handle every single situation with a smile and competence. Warm, friendly, clean, and safe. What's not to love.....
I had a rough time on my first day in The Dalles on a work trip, and reading the reviews of nearby fast food restaurants had me concerned when I needed a quick bite; however, this McDonald's was solid! Fresh fries, cold clean ice water - everything tasted great. Workers were super kind and chill. Feels weird to give a McDonald's 5 stars, but this visit strangely deserves it.
