Jack in the Box is a reliable fast-food spot with friendly staff. The food is typical J.I.B. quality, hot, and reasonably priced. Since new management, the restaurant has improved a lot, making it a safer place to eat. Customers now feel comfortable trying popular items like the smash burger, salads, and tacos. The food is cooked fresh and comes out hot every single time. While order prep and delivery times can sometimes be a bit long, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. The staff is great and provides fast and friendly service. This Jack is clean and the workers are very pleasant. However, the milkshake machine is shut down too early, which is inconvenient for online pickup orders. Overall, the restaurant has become a much better place to dine, with tasty food.
