“I have been ordering from this company for a little while. Out of all pizza businesses in the area including Salem Oregon, this store really openly tries their best to put out good customer service. Their food is the best in the area and their commitment to a satisfied customer is a whole lot better than Salem or Monmouth pizza shops by a long shot. “Detail oriented and the same it's always been. I honestly don't think that Mendi's has changed in 20 years. Is a dining room refresh need attention sure, but keep the atmosphere, vibe and family oriented service. The pizza does take time to bake and it's not fast. However each and everytime I get it the taste is amazingly consistant, fresh and fairly priced. With the cost of everything that is going up Mendi's has done there best to stay competitive and still maintained a quality product. The chicken wings are great and Jo Jo's are great additions to your pizza order.“

“Not only are the pizzas delicious, with the yummiest pizza crust but YB has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered, especially in the last few years when customer service seems to have seriously declined. I would go back to them again and again just for that.“

As far as the baking, when we get a pizza, it usually cooks a lot faster in our oven than the instructions call for. It's nearly burnt if we do the minimum time. We've learned though, so it's not an issue these days.“

“These people are so dang nice! I called the store double checking if my order was done because I had three hungry toddlers and I didn’t get my message it was done. I placed it for the next day and the guy was so friendly he said he’ll make it as fast as he can for me. I’m pregnant with 3 toddlers all by my self and I told him I couldn’t walk in and him and his manager came to the window waved at me to make sure it was me and started my order. I will forever thank them for this kindness I really needed this today! Every time I come here they are always so nice!“

The store is always SO CLEAN yes it's a new building but the fact that is easily kept clean is always wonderful when it comes to food. I highly recommend this location. “I’m a pizza snob. It takes a lot to impress me. Had a slice and a pint of beer for $8! What a bargain. Had around 8 or 9 different pies to choose from. They warmed it up in a small oven. It was delicious! Very thin NY-style pizza with a thick soft crust. Best of both worlds. Spoke with who I’m guessing was the manager. Alejandro, I think. Very passionate about his job. Nice guy! Had a great IPA with my pizza. There’s a special on
Mondays, I believe. 18” pizza for $18. I wouldn’t feel bad paying full price. I will come here every time I’m in Salem.“

“Always a good experience with Papa Murphy's. Pizzas were ordered online and ready on rack for pickup right when store opened. Gluten free crust options! They also have dairy free cheese for those who need it. Staff was kind. Will return again.“

“The pizza was excellent! Really yummy pizza, one of the best I’ve had in a while. Timing was pretty good from when we ordered and when we got it. The prices were a little high but willing to pay them for how good the pizza was. They have a few arcade games to play too. The only issue for me was how gross it looked. It was a place that made me want to put hand sanitizer on after, it was pretty gross looking, especially the bathrooms.“
