I recently witnessed one of the night shift employees being EXTREMELY passive aggressive to a young boy who accidentally spilled his drink while waiting for his food. She verbally attacked the kid for trying to dry up the area and for asking for a rag. She then attacked me for defending the kid and saying that I thought he just felt guilty and was trying to do the right thing by helping clean up the mess. They were really busy. I felt bad for the employees. They did a great job though

Kiosk: both broken!
Employees: acted like the customers were not there.
Some customers left because nobody would help customers, and the 1semi working kiosk was lagging.
Orders very slow getting filled.
Plenty of staff.
Lots of people waiting in the lobby…
1 customer when we entered, 20 minutes later still no food , and it’s standing room only.
