“I picked up an online order last night. My order was ready when I got there. Jessica was the only employee there. I asked her if Ranch was put on the wrap that I ordered. She said no and happily offered to add it. (I asked for Ranch in the comments section since there isn't any place else to add it and the comments hardly ever get seen). Jessica was very nice, smiling and happy to fix the mistake. She is the nicest employee that I have seen in this Subway in a very long time. I hope she sticks around! Thank you, Jessica!
