“I was visiting Coburg and I was told by the locals that it had the best pizza around. So I promptly went to order pizza not knowing what kind to get. I spent $21 on a small pepperoni pizza and had requested additional fresh vegetables over the top. The order was to go. I returned home and attempted to eat the pizza. It tasted like smoke with burnt pepperoni on a thin crust that was like shoe leather with barely any sauce on it. There were small chopped up pieces that looked like bell pepper, but nothing that surrounded it with rings of fresh vegetables over the top like the picture on the menu had shown. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong kind of pizza. I was expecting a nice thick fresh crust that was oozing with cheese and sauce. That was not the case. The young man at the cash register was very kind. However, the pizza still hovers a taste of smoke in my mouth with no satisfaction of a delicious pizza. I most likely will not return.
My initial review does not stand true as I went back to discuss the issue with the previous pizza that I had ordered. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and helping me Select a replacement pizza. You can see the difference with the two photos below one was the pepperoni pizza that was burnt, and the other was a vegetarian pizza with salami. It was with a thicker crust and more sauce on it. Much more tasty and living up to the standard with which I had been told about this company. I give them a five star now and they will replace your pizza if you are not satisfied.“

“Great, However, it used to be you could choose the amount of your tip from no tip, to several other higher percentages, this time I had no choice,!! I was charged over 2$'s (I think $2.20 -$2.50 I think its absurd to tip someone before they even start making it..!! I always tip but having no choice seems ridiculous..!! There was a time when our store (River Rd) was giving poor service, never ready on time and sometimes poorly made, but because I didn't know in advance that it was going to be like that I had given a tip, but the next time I ordered I didn't leave a tip, that's not fair to the folks who didn't mess up the last order but it certainly wasn't fair to me..!! “My friend and I had the lunch special. All the pizza was hot and delicious. There was a large selection of pizzas to choose from. The salad bar had a good variety to choose from. It was really busy but we got helped right away and found a great place to sit. All in all it was a great experience!“

Pizza was soggy. 😢 as much as the pizza is you think they’d get it right. “Restaurant was clean. I ordered on my app and when I walked in 20 minutes later, my pizza was ready on the shelf to pick up. I didn't have to talk to anybody, however I still Said hi to the guys that were working there. They were very friendly. I ordered extra on all the toppings and my pizza was so heavy. I was very pleased with it. My order was accurate. And the pizza tasted great. I like that they use fresh ingredients.

I'm eating pizza a lot more often because Papa Murphy's offers white sauce. Their thin Crust is very good. Their prices are very reasonable especially if you walk in and pick it up.“

“I consistently have a 4-star experience ordering from Domino's, and I hope the improvements made over the last 6 months are here to stay.
The food is now cooked properly, toppings have become more generous (though it varies. My pizzas still arrive with areas empty of toppings & cheese)), and food items are no longer prepared sloppily.
I'm pleased I remained a customer of this particular Domino's and hope they continue to improve, as some toppings (mushrooms, onions, and especially pineapple) are still somewhat sparse.
My star ratings would have been lower almost a year ago.“
