“4 stars, it would be lower if it wasn't for the other workers who were pretty awesome. The bad: Kolton the Assistant Manager was rude the instant we stepped up to the counter. I thought, meh? Maybe the dude was just busy, exhausted, you know the usual with working in the food industry. I was a server once. I know how it goes. But as I continued to watch him, I could tell he just was not a happy soul. Maybe it's just how he always is? But when I went up to check on the pizza to see what was going on with it. Cause it had been a while. We finished our salad and two rounds of drinks. So I figured it was enough time. However, Kolton and I gained eye contact and it wasn't pleasant. He quickly cut my burnt pizza and slid it on the counter without a sound of acknowledgment and with a bit of attitude. The good: The other workers there were great. One lady who I talked to tonight? She was friendly. I didn't get her name sadly. Along with Dakota. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, a hard worker and he didn't exhibit any frustrations even though it was apparent he was working his butt off. Like I told the lady. "That guy (Dakota) needs to be promoted and to tell whoever it is in charge that." She agreed he was a great guy and that she would relay the message.Final note/advice, whatever: Either way, I felt the need to write a review anyway. Because its situations, like with Kolton that need to be addressed. He needs to be taken down from his higher position and retrained how to treat the public. Plain and simple. If you have an unpleasent manager working above you then everyday is miserible at the job. Do better.“
“This is always a great spot to stop, either from Corvallis to Eugene, or vice versa. The staff is always fun, and my elderly parents like the food, not too spicy for them.Dietary restrictions: Well, they always do a lighter sauce so my parents( both in 90's) can enjoy without too much spice. I appreciate that so much.“
“If you like a thick crunchy pizza crust try this place! Loads of toppings, we ordered thick crust on two different pizzas and they were delicious. A medium thick crust pizza can easily feed 2-3 people. There is an abundant menu with salads, pastas, options. We came for the pizza! The only thing negative I can say is that they ask you to tip starts at 18-25% when checking out at the counter before any service. You bus your own tables and get your own silverware/plates and drinks. The restaurant space is very small and seating layout is awkward inside. I wouldn’t mind tipping the person making the pizza but the customer service at the counter is mediocre.“
“I have been eating at Abby's for 18yrs. No negative things have happened during our dining experiences.Parking: They have a large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have games for the kids and Birthday celebrations there.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and tables with chairs that can be moved, to seat wheelchair.“
“I googled "best pizza in Eugene" and that's exactly what I got! One of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. We had it delivered and it was still that good. hat's off to the folks at Bellizzi's, you made a lifetime customer tonight!!“
“My friend and I had the lunch special. All the pizza was hot and delicious. There was a large selection of pizzas to choose from. The salad bar had a good variety to choose from. It was really busy but we got helped right away and found a great place to sit. All in all it was a great experience!“
“Truly a great location. My dyslexic mother made a mistake and took the wrong pizza (similar name) and they were very kind about it when we brought it back. Awesome people. The people there have always been really kind and the food is very good.Vegetarian options: They have a really good veggie pizza. It is not vegan, but good vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy-free and vegetarian pizza.Parking: The parking lot isn't very big and is always very crowded. It's also a bit awkwardly set up.Kid-friendliness: What more is there to say other than pizza? It isn't a dine-in place. But you can customize your pizza, and you can get make your own pizza kits for kids.“
“By the slice not always a big choice, but still some of the best pizza for me. Buy a whole pie and pay to have them cook it extra crispy. It's worth it. Service varies, as it's sometimes really busy. As for atmosphere, hey, it's a grocery store!“
“Andrea went above and beyond to ensure our special had the tomatoe coverage as advertised and we are beyond thankful for her helpful care and concern for our experience!!! THANK YOU AMANDA!! Our dinner was perfection because of you and your crew! *high fives to them all!!*“
“The best pizza we've had in a long time! Saturday, August 26, 7:00 pm, Papa Murphy's, Barger, Eugene, OR. Pizza was wonderful. Plenty of toppings. Ordered extra cheese and was amazed at how much we got. Perfection! Extra pineapple made every bite delicious. All meat pizza slices were packed with savory goodness. Great job pizza makers!“
“Papa's stuffed was excellent. Chicken bacon artichoke and Hawaiian were the family and our guests favs. We had cinnamon monkey bread. Papa Murphy's is always clean and the crew always welcoming. Their system of leaving the food out on a rack near the door is not ideal. We've had our orders "stolen" by random people. They've always made it right, but the system is flawed.“
