First off the service was fantastic. It’d been my first time there and it was very clean around the area of the food truck and it was a nice orange color. I saw something on the menu and I’d asked if I could taste it. They put some in a little cup, gave me a plastic nicely wrapped in plastic. I tasted it and liked it a lot. It was a side on the sides menu. Very reasonably priced. There’s seating on benches and garbage cans around the food trucks. All in all I highly recommend...
Stopped today on a way back from Eugene to Portland and ordered 2-meat sampler (Ribs, Tri-tips with beans and slaw and sweat/heat sauce). It was super tasty! Ribs were so juicy and soft, and I don't know what their dry rub is, but it's great too. As far as atmosphere, it is a food truck but with train passing and sounding horn like 30 yards away, I had to up it one star. Definitely will come back if I'm passing nearby.
The food and staff are amazing! You will not be disappointed if you hire this team for your special event or just visit them for dinner. I will always recommend Smok'n Gingers!
