Yesterday I attended an event that was catered by Smok’n Gingers BBQ… what great food! I had the pulled pork, chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, baked beans, and green salad! I got the mac with tri tip on top and it was tip top!! Ghost pepper sauce was yummy and just a little bit of kick. Nice coleslaw too as a counterpoint. The parking lot is pretty drab and loud, but hey it’s a good cart pod.
