Tri tip burger. Delicious. Wish they had more sides like fries or tater tots. But I dont think they can since the other food carts sell that. Still pretty good size for a $13 burger
I wanted to add this post - note the stars do not reflect anything that I have actually tried. Only that the gentleman who answered my phone call was very polite and took a good 3 minutes to answer my questions. I have not tried the food yet. I asked if they had any gluten free food. The gentleman who answered the call said there’s no gluten to worry about in any of their meats as well as in any of their sides EXCEPT for the mac & cheese.

We hired Smokin Gingers for our wedding. They provided delicious meals for our guests with plenty of leftovers. They were able to satisfy our guests with multiple options of protein and a few different sides. The mac n cheese and jalapeño corn were our favorites.
