Friday night, busy as usual. Pull up to see 6 cars in the drive thru not yet ordered. No one in the restaurant. So I chose to walk in. I stood at the counter to order ignored long enough. I walked out. Saw there were now NO cars waiting in the drive thru. I was able to go thru their flipping drive thru with a long line, than walk in. Walk inside are ignored in this restaurant often. Slow. Was a to go order, gave me the bag with the food. No napkins, no sauce (which was requested), no utensils for the Enchirito. Glad we have Del Taco in other locations we travel to. Also, someone who knew someone working there needed to announce the Female bathroom had actual crap all over the seat. Anywhere else nit being kept clean.
I waited 45 minutes for my order, they were full staffed but decided no one needed to be at front counter, so the people on the line saw us waiting, and just looked away. Granted, they were busy, so I understand a small wait, but this was astronomical wait time, and poor service. Not to mention, by the end of it, I was missing the food item that I even went to taco bell for 🥲
