This Taco Bell in Junction City makes you order your own food on a kiosk, touching dirty screens after other people touched them. And a customer was sitting right next to the only available kiosk, so I was standing shoulder to shoulder with her basically. Nope!! Make me order my food and pay myself? Then give me a discount for doing your job. I will not return.
This restaurant is very consistent in the quality and accuracy of your food orders. The service is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. The tables and the floor looked clean.

I ordered and paid online through the taco bell mobile app. I pick up my order at the drive through. The person working the drive through did not greet us, there was no friendly chit chat and I am old school so that is something I feel is part of customer service. It is also just polite. The restaurant was not very busy and our order wasn't done when we got there so we sat in the drive through for a few minutes and waited. The food was good though and the cost is quite reasonable....read full review
