Was in line at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me at 8:10pm on a Thursday night. I didn't receive my food until 8:40pm. They only had 2 people working there, so it wasn't their fault. Apparently management doesn't think service matters any longer. This also makes a hostile environment for the employees that have to deal with customer after customer complaining about the situation.
