The restaurant team is very nice, and the service is prompt. The chicken wings and Buffalo Cauliflower may be a bit soggy, but other meals are tasty. While the floors may be dirty and the menu lacks a clear identity at the Kaiser location, the desserts, such as the lava cake and the heath bar brownie, are delightful.
