Good place, good service. I hope it sticks around.
We had 7 in our group. We were seated in the private dining room at our request so we could have the loud music turned off. At our previous lunches in the main dining room the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. The food 4 of us had was not edible. One person had a hamburger that was dried up and tough. Three of us had Cobb salad. The chicken patty on each salad was beyond dried up & tough. I had to try to cut it with a steak knife, but even a tiny bite was too tough to even chew. I now know why there were only 5 tables of customers in the restaurant despite it being at noon. Keizer Station has 63 businesses, so obviously potential customers are going elsewhere to eat.
Food was not good. Burger was over cooked and very dry, bun was burnt, very little sauce on the burger and had to drink water to be able to swallow. The other dish was very disappointing as well. Service was great though! Very fast and friendly. Atmosphere was better than most places but nothing that will wow you.
I wanted something new to make my hunger go away so I saw this place as I was passing by and it looked interesting so I went in ordered the truffle mac and cheese and my fiance ordered the Hawaiian burger the food was amazing it fit really well with service Halie was our server and she was fun personable and extremely amazing on giving us amazing service. I will be back for sure Than you The Brix
I went to the Kaiser location and I was not the most impressed. This was my first visit to Brix. Upon walking through the front doors, I could not help but notice the extremely dirty and dusty floors, so first impression was not so great. A restaurant should always be kept clean throughout the day.
The next thing I noticed was the menu. It does not have an identity. Pizza (Italian), Bento (Japanese), and American-style burgers. This is what we call a “Fusion Confusion”.
I ordered the Mahi Mahi dish. Fish was dry, rice unseasoned, and veggies were almost raw still. The sauce provided was average, but very acidic. Presentation wise: it looked like a beautiful dish. Taste wise: bland.
My dad ordered the Hawaiian burger. Flavor was spot on, nice sized pineapple provided, and juicy. Cooked to what he had ordered.
The positive sides to this experience was the service provided by Anya, who performed her job outstandingly. The other positive was the dessert. We had the lava cake and the heath bar brownie. Both were delightful, and not overly heavy after eating our main courses.
When making reservations for Mother’s Day, I called and said we needed A table for 19 people. They said they could accommodate us, And that would be 14 adults and 5 kids. During the phone call, which was not in a rush, the person failed to tell me that it was a fixed menu (A buffet) And a fixed price ($50 a person!!). So ahead of time, my whole family went over the menu To plan out what we would buy and to know how much we would be spending. We were planning to have some of the kids share meals, And order normal meals for the adults from $19 - $25 a person. When we got there the day of, they split our family into two tables with a public walkway in the middle. So there were tons of strangers, walking in between the tables constantly, With a large space in between so we couldn’t even talk to each other. That was very disappointing and they should have told us when we made the reservation that we would/could be split up. Looking around there were plenty of places they could’ve reserved our tables that wouldn’t have this problem. But what came as an even bigger surprise was the buffet and the price!! They didn’t tell us the price until we received the bill, And we were given an 18% Fixed tip so the whole cost was $900!! We had planned and budgeted for around $450, But we had to pay over double of what we had planned on, that’s a huge amount! Who pays around $1000 for a mediocre Mother’s Day brunch? And the food wasn’t that good and there weren’t very many options at that! It was one long table with Crackers and cheese, fruit Platter, bland pasta, Scrambled eggs, cold salmon, sausage, and bacon, boxed/canned biscuits and gravy, Eggs Benedict (half of the family can’t eat Pork so it was slim pickings for them), A carving table with Ham and mediocre prime rib, And a small table with waffles and fixings and a few pastries… The selection was extremely minimal, And most of the buffet items were scarce and almost gone when you would go through the line. My poor father had to fit the bill! It was not worth $50 a person, no where close. We travel the world and the US and have gone to many high class establishments and many beautiful and grand buffets in resorts and hotels and have never paid $50 a person. We felt scammed and will NOT be returning!! We would like everyone to know before they look forward to a meal at this place on a holiday, with their entire family, don’t reserve here.
Ordered takeout. This was the chicken (for bento) that they put in the box on top of rice and coleslaw that were contaminated and not edible after that. They did comp it when we called but it was just so obvious and disgusting and it calls into question everything going on in the kitchen - as far as people knowing what they're doing. People can get very sick from improperly stored/cooked chicken, or if that chicken was put on a shared surface after it was not entirely cooked. Everyone else was nervous to eat their food.
Definitely a great place to eat.
We had a great experience at Brix, we had a reservations for a group of 10. The server was amazing, he was so nice with the kids and very attentive to what ever we needed. My brother asked for a gluten free pizza and said it was one of the best gluten free pizza's he's had. We will definitely be back.
Food very good beer was warm thats why gave it a 4 instead of 5 on food

Happy Hour menu was good to taste. Wine was a little expensive as well. $12-20 for a dinner salad was a bit however, it was fairly large. Our server, Haley, was super accommodating and tentative.
It was very good. I had the Impossible Burger . It was very tasty. It was suppose to have grilled onions, but I think the cook forgot them. Otherwise, great service. Good food. Beautiful venue. Came on a weekday am wanting breakfast but they only serve it weekends.
Prime rib dip meat was grey, mushy and didn’t taste like beef prime rib. The clam chowder was thick and had a smoky flavor. Wasn’t very happy with our meal for the price.
Service and food was good. Should consider adding tartar sauce for the fried fish and should maybe get a different cleaning solution for the floors as they were very sticky and you could see tons of footprints.
Got the March special Citrus Brined Pork Chop - yum
