The food was typical, freshly prepared but average for fast food. The young lady who took my order and served my food on the other hand had a smile on her face, she was polite and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. She moved with a sense of urgency and handled several tasks while serving customers. They need more folks like her in customer service rolls.

The worst customer service I have seen in quite a while. After patiently waiting in line and doing the Pee-pee dance for quite a long time, I asked for the code to use the restroom. The lady refused to give me the code until I bought something, but I do not have time to sit here and make an order when I need to go pee first. I told her I would order after I go to the restroom, she was very rude looked me up and down like I was some homeless person and said that I could only use the restroom after I made a purchase. Needless to say, I went across the parking lot to use the restroom at the gas station and got some food there.

Gentleman at the window was great. He was friendly and actually all me about the app. first to energy ask. I was driving which I do allot for my job. The guys name was Eric.

Been here two times, complete wrong order the first time and missing items the second. I would suggest avoiding this particular carls jr
Update:
I attempted to contact the restaurant to get a refund for the second wrong order, no answer and no returned call.
I contacted corporate they assured me I would hear from the restaurant, that was 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing. This is the first time I've ever attempted to get a refund for a food item anywhere and it seems they really don't care as long as they get their $$.

Bottom line: this place has cost me more effort in getting my 15 dollars back than it's worth. Avoid all Carls Jr restaurants imo.

I’m a otr truck driver I serve the entire country anytime anyplace Daniel your drive thru operator would not serve me through the drive through window since your lobby was closed it was 10pm on a Saturday night I was ignored by his fellow coworkers if only I could drive my 18 wheeler through the drive thru
I walk up to drive thru windows in the past at this location and many across America
workers gladly serve me
Again I serve the entire country and Daniel and his coworkers can’t serve me thanks Carl’s Jr

Cienna should not be working at your establishment with the kind of treatment I just received at the drive thru. She didn’t respond to me asking a simple question to get my burger lettuce wrapped. Instead she slammed the window in my face for absolutely no reason at all without responding then opened it back up to tell me to park around front. I understand your job is not great but that’s no reason to treat everyone you come across with a horrible attitude.
