Location: Brooks OR Pilot I really like this location as they staff is nice. Carl's Junior is the only fast food I eat. It would be nice if they had a quesadilla burger on their menu.

This place has the most incompetent people working here, I order 2 sandwiches a frie and chocolate shake, I ordered sandwiches no tomatoes, no lettuce, they couldn't succeed in do that right but the chocolate shake was very runny like a chocolate milk and they put curdled whip cream on it, the health department needs to pay multiple visit to these incompetent people.

Food - wowzer! If you don't remember the commercial of sauce dripping on you; then you might want to take a look. Bring extra napkins for delicious burgers. That's my experience every time I go here. Service - good as fast food gets! Atmosphere - One thing I'm always happy to see; a well-kept dining area.

Workers goofing around laughing when taking order can’t understand due to goofing around. Pulled forward never came to the window with food or to get our money. The guy was just playing around laughing we waited ten minutes still playing we left with no food! Not great when it’s the only place off the freeway. Get you staff in order. Stop hiring kids to run your business!
