I feel like they have the best tacos in the Salem brooks area 🙂 and there tlayudas are good too I’m excited to try more stuff that they have
Was super impressed by the cleanliness of the place. It has a nice seating area with a couple tables and the food was fantastic!! The tortillas are homemade which makes it that much better! Stop here instead of a greasy fast food place definitely worth it.
Hole in the wall type authentic Mexican food cart. Quick service with delicious food! Had covered/enclosed “outdoor” seating with a large fan to help keep it cooler. Service was friendly and large portions. Fresh food with spicy salsa to go along with. Only a few mins off the I5. Would absolutely go back. Got 3 tacos (asada, al pastor and carnitas) and then also got a carnitas plate.

El Pueblo Taqueria serves real, authentic Oaxacan food that is delicious, fresh, and high quality. The friendly and kind staff provides quick and attentive service. There is plenty of covered picnic table seating and parking.
The menu includes excellent tacos, such as the amazing tacos pastor, asada, and carnitas. A single large 'Pueblo' taco is a filling and great value. Other excellent dishes include loaded carne asada burritos, combo plates with rice and beans, fantastic molé with tender chicken, huaraches, and the best tamales. Sides like perfect tortillas, delicious rice and beans, and excellent tortilla chips and salsa are all noted. The fresh watermelon drink is very good.
The environment features a bar, TV screens, and Mexican music. While the food offers fantastic volume and flavor, the restaurant uses disposable plates and utensils. Overall, it is a highly recommended spot for a delicious meal.
