This Chipotle location is great. We came here when we are not craving In-N-Out, just for some healthier options. We typically ordered our foods using the app to avoid people here. Plenty of parking spaces are in the front!

I paid for extra stuff that was not added and when I picked up my order (they already skimp on ingredients at this location) they didn’t even tell me that I was missing half of the things I had ordered because of a “tech issue.” They did not even try to make the situation right, they kept telling me to go to the app even if I drove home and right back. genuine horrible experience.

This Chipotle’s layout is nonsense that really causes serious issues: The line to order food is at left after entering the door instead of at right. Customers have to go through the front door to go to outside eating area instead of the side door at left while customers can see the tables outside through very large windows at left and they feel that area is like a different world. When we carried food outside to sit down, many wasps fly around and didn’t want to go away no matter what you do. At end, one of them sit on our food. We had to throw food away. All tables are dirty there so they attract bugs. Part of the reasons is that staff had to go through front door that is more distance than go through a side door. However, staff there are friendly and nice.
