This Chipotle’s layout is nonsense that really causes serious issues: The line to order food is at left after entering the door instead of at right. Customers have to go through the front door to go to outside eating area instead of the side door at left while customers can see the tables outside through very large windows at left and they feel that area is like a different world. When we carried food outside to sit down, many wasps fly around and didn’t want to go away no matter what you do. At end, one of them sit on our food. We had to throw food away. All tables are dirty there so they attract bugs. Part of the reasons is that staff had to go through front door that is more distance than go through a side door. However, staff there are friendly and nice.

Love the food, hate the portions, got less than a quarter pound bowl of rice, chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Time is 8:25 pm, August 3, A lady with big gold earrings was serving me and seemed in a bad mood.

Got a double wrap burrito I told the dude to separate the tortillas a little bit because that's the point of the double wrap and there was going to be a lot on there dude looked at me said no then continued to make my burrito I asked him 3 times currently my burrito is half rolled on one side I think you need to retrain your employees this type of service is not ok

This place is a standard Chipotle except for every time we come in they are out of something and every time I come in there is different service to be had sometimes they will cut my burrito in half sometimes they won't it's just very inconsistent and very annoying. There are great workers there but the cumulative is not that great.

Chipotle is going down hill. Tiny portions and a lot of fat in their pork and the price to get another scoop of meat was ridiculous and the cost was over $16.
This was the 2nd time going to Chipotle’s. Second time 10/19/24 at about 6pm. I got up at the counter where they put the food together for 2 brisket bowls. I told the girl that was wearing a lot of make-up that there was hardly any brisket left in the container. She stirred it around and walked away with an attitude. She came back and said there was enough left. I told her I would wait because it only looked like one serving. She continued to make the bowls without hardly any brisket. At this point I knew I would never be coming back here. With the combination of her bad attitude and the few chunks of brisket I just figured that I was going to write a review about my experience there. This was unacceptable services. For $34.00 you should get more than rice and lettuce

Really poor. Could not get what I wanted at 9:30pm because they were "out" yet the store was open until 11 pm. I settled on something else and proceeded to watch as person after person was turned away being told they were "out of food" for the night. This was shocking since the store is again open until 11 pm. The staff spent the entire time cleaning and prepping to go home. Terrible service.

Maybe it's just me but a steak and bean burrito should be at least warm. It was a little cooler than room temp. Place was very clean and staff was friendly but not my choice again.
