Havnt eaten there in 3 years, ever since they charged me damn near 4 dollars for a large water. I did try them again, but left the drive through early as they weren't interested in working with me on substituting toppings my kids couldn't have on their ice cream. There's better places.

The food in the ice cream is fine. The issue has become the portions. You get a medium sundae and it’s terribly small for six dollars which is crazy.The last time we went, they were out of soft, serve and hot fudge. They’re just always seems to be something up with this particular Dairy Queen. We love the Dairy Queen. They’re chicken strips and the gravy are super fantastic.

Always rude, always slow, but tonight our burgers were cold and fries when we opened them (a few minutes after leaving). Literally so disgusting and I would usually get over it, but not when you pay $30 for a cold burger and teenagers with no common decency or courtesy.

Used the drivethrough The hot fudge sundaes were delicious. Our cheeseburger and hotdogs were cold and we only live a block away.

I have to say, for being a fast food restaurant, they are always a craving for me. So many restaurants aren't "fast" anymore and although it does take a while to get the food sometimes, it is always hot! I usually only come in the late evening and there is no line, so I cannot comment about during the day. Staff is generally friendly and efficient. My absolute FAVORITE seasonal blizzard is the snickerdoodle cookie dough. If anyone is a Ben and Jerry's lover..they use to have a Cinnabon flavor. Of course they discontinued it..but, the snickerdoodle blizzard from DQ fills that void for me 100% and I look forward to it every year! PLEASE put it on the menu permanently!!!

This location is out of every ice cream and topping option every time I attempt to go. I’ll ask for one thing and they’ll tell me they are out of 3/4 of the ingredients. Then I’ll ask for something different entirely and get the same response. It’s happened three times now.

Attempted to place an order through drive through. However, had no ingredients whatsoever. How do you expect to run a business when you don't have any ingredients. Very disappointed. Left without ordering. Will not be back to THIS DQ unless you make it right.

I’m not the type to complain but you know what it’s been a day n I just wanted some to eat after a long day, like how you gonna give me a donation/ barely any gravy for a 6 pc chicken strip basket y’all probably don’t care but after today I’m dissatisfied/
DQ has gotten WAY too expensive. $4.79 for a medium cone (and made on the small side!). I like DQ ice cream but no more...about $20 for four cones (two kids)!

Camer here shortly after 10 tonight and the restaurant was pretty empty except a couple already eating at their table so I figured picking up the mobile order I had would be quick and easy, the first girl I saw made eye contact with me and then quickly walked out of view and started doing random things, no greeting no customer service nothing, the second girl I could see standing by the drive thru window with her face buried in her cell phone completely disengaged from her surroundings. I stood there for a while long enough to smell an unpleasant odor which really put me off and after a couple of minutes she finally walks over to the counter with her phone still in her hands doesn't even smile or look up from her phone just totally nonchalant. The whole experience was pretty unprofessional, I get that it's hard to find good workers but this location really is doing the bare minimum for customer service. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I honestly don't know why I continue to visit the Keizer location. If you order anything besides ice cream, you will be disappointed. Went to get some fries and onion rings. I watched the girl from the window grab fresh fries and put them in the bag. By the time I drove the 2 blocks to my house I was surprised that they were lukewarm. The onion rings appeared to have been hanging out under a heat lamp for a while

Again blizzard was a milk shake not a frozen desert. Had to put it in the freezer for a couple hours to get it to thicken up. You would think they would fix the machines as this isn’t the first time.
