I have to say Hop N Drops, hands down, has the best Bartender in all of Sslem and Keizer. Her name is Damier (I hope I have her name spelled correctly). My husband and I are frequent dinners at most of the Salem, Keizer, and Brooks restaurants, and Damier is such a hard worker and treats her customers with the utmost respect. Any restaurants in the Salem, Keizer, or even the Portland area would be lucky to have her working for them. If you're looking for exceptional service, ask to be seated in her area.

I ordered via delivery service. French dip flavor was okay but meat full of gristle. One item was completely left off of the order. Salad was 90% core and 10% leaf. Tempura zucchini had good flavor but was chock-full of grease.. Won't be coming back. I recommend nothing, and this review page forces me to add irrelevant responses - another reason I won't be back.

I had the clam chowder. Disappointed they didn't have a sourdough bread bowl to go with it. Solid flavor, would order again, but wouldn't go out of my way to come here and order it. Next time ill probably try a westerner burger.

First time here… Definitely The Mango Chamoy Margarita was amazing! .. the burgers and the ribs are super good. An hour trip to get here was worthy. Good customer service. Callie W (server) was super nice and friendly make our experience the best.

I ordered a Smash Burger which was excellent, but I boxed half of it to eat at home for dinner that evening. After warming the burger, I ate about half of it to discover a piece of bone in the next bite. Spitting it out and trying again, there was another piece of bone in the next four bits. I threw the remaining burger away. We've eaten there several times and this was the only negative dining experience.
