Went to pick up my online order, the employee who helped me appeared mad and annoyed at my asking if my pizza was ready. Placed the pizza on the counter and walked away before I could ask for the drink. No problem, head to the cooler to look for regular Pepsi, only diet and cheery stocked. Ask the employee for help if he had regular ones, proceeds to tell me, “ I can’t check right now, we’re busy with orders”. I was willing to wait but his lousy and rude demeanor frustrated me, I proceed to tell him, it was an item part of my order. He walks away to check begrudgingly. He comes back with the regular oepse places it on the counter and walks away annoyed at my asking for assistance.

I was standing in line for 5 minutes the person ordering had a big order as he finished i was about to take a setp forward when a door dasher walks right in front of me and starts to get helped i was like dont you see me standing here called him a A hole and the guy behind the counter grabbed his pick up so I left and will never go back

Easy-peasy. I ordered pickup online, watched my pizza tracker, and my food was hot and ready on time. Customer service was adequate and food quality was top-little ceasers-notch.
I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza (been waiting for it to come back). Online drove over it wasn’t ready so I waited about 5 minutes not bad they called my name I grabbed it and made the mistake of thinking that they made the pizza I ordered and the one mentioned on the receipt, headed home where I opened the box to see a stuffed crust pepperoni no pretzel crust. Ok I admit for a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust it was fine BUT I ORDERED A STUFFED PRETZEL CRUST and it only ordered a pizza because it was a stuffed pretzel crust that I had been waiting for them to bring back.

To the poor soul that took my order today I'm sure me mentioning the free crazy bread set you off In my defense I just didn't know and had questions about your establishment I have two special needs kids and my oldest will at this rate pretty much only eat pizza which is why I'm here so often Like you I too, was having a horrid day, to which it seems the both of us set each other off Not my intention I truly hope you had a better day
Alas this review is actually for the night manager/ supervisor who was more than willing to answer my questions as I came back in after sitting with what My initial experience was walking into this establishment- Not only did he go above and beyond to correct the in reality kind of not so great service that I had just experienced but also thanked me for being as regular as I am because like I said I am always in here whether it's me or my husband due to the fact that our special needs boy quite literally only eats pizza and I'm at my wits end and at least he eats something I want to thank him from the deepest bottom of my heart to the degree that I plan to call in the morning just to talk about how great his service was and thank you for answering all of my questions about the rewards member app and ensuring that there is not one and there is an app but it doesn't work like all the other chain restaurants and truly thank you for understanding the confusion on the free crazy bread part I thought it was a chain thing I didn't realize it was an individual restaurant thing And thank you also for just the kind words spoken
