You cancelled my order 12 minutes after it was confirmed on Uber Eats. Customer service confirmed that the restaurant cancelled it, not Uber Eats. Y'all need to fix your Uber Eats hours or something. I ordered well before closing and you were not busy when I arrived (after driving across town), and you sent me away with nothing. You lost a customer for life. Buh bye!

Please, please, make the cucumber salad the way it used to be. A couple months ago it became just cucumbers without the dressing. It used to be my favorite thing and I don’t understand why it’s different now but please fix this.

The sushi is always delicious! Great portions, If you get takeout, you don’t get smaller rolls for doing so like with Momiji. Everything is yum yum yum! Lunch combo is my favorite. Sushi app is great, request all salmon if you like. They’ll oblige happily. 10/10 & thanks again for being so tasty/consistent!

Best sushi in Salem and in general. Food is always so pretty and so good. I love every roll I’ve had, and I plan to try every roll they offer. Great service! Everyone is friendly and now that I go often I’m immediately recognized. It’s a great feeling. Super clean and really pretty paintings on the wall. Always playing good music too. I can’t recommend this place enough. I bring everyone I know from out of town here too. My favorite rolls are the Ninja and Buddha!

Service was nice at the beginning, food was boring none of the food was genuinely good. They lack communication skills we heard buy one get one free on the classic roll section, which we even thought okay lets do that! Then later when we were ready to pay were told it was only buy one get one free for the sushi roll at the top of the list. Almost felt like a scam?? Would not recommend

I want to start by saying i do not eat any type of seafood nor rice, yet this restaurant is my absolute favorite place! The staff always accommodate my requests (even as specific as putting rice in a separate place) I love the hot tea, teriyaki chicken, tempura vegetables and gyozas are always perfect and the sauce is fantastic, not too spicy and not too sweet. I highly recommend Ocean Sushi & Teriyaki to everyone! 🫶
