I will never come back here again! The food was absolutely horrible, and the service was the slowest ever! The worst part is there were hardly any customers here! Save your money…

Had a wonderful lunch here. The service was attentive, but not overwhelming, and the food was delicious 😋

I was there Tuesday, December 23, 2025 late evening. The BBQ chicken wings were good, but a bit overdone on the outside. They still tasted good with ranch dressing. But ouch, cost $17.00 for a plate of 10. The waitress was nice.

I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment.
Our bill was around $130, and I had hyped this Outback Steakhouse up to my family based on past experiences. I left feeling embarrassed and full of regret. The pasta was extremely watered down and honestly tasted like soup, not a pasta dish at all.
I asked for my steak medium rare, and it came out completely well done and very dry. There was no pink at all. Definitely not what I ordered, and not what I’d expect for the price.
I do want to say our waiter was amazing. Super kind, attentive, and did his job well. Unfortunately, good service couldn’t make up for how bad the food was.
My family originally wanted In-N-Out, and I talked them into coming here instead. I wish I hadn’t. It wasn’t worth the money, and sadly we won’t be coming back.

My husband and I visited Outback for our anniversary dinner. Very disappointing mainly the food was the biggest disappointment my husband got ribeye I got the chicken with steak. We got coconut shrimp that was good, Biggest disappointed was the prime rib my husband got, he loves prime rib so when he couldn't eat it because it tasted terrible he explained it to me as a slimy coat he honestly choked down a few bites and I felt bad he wasn't eatting I shared my diiner with him so he had something to eat. Salads were not that good either, husband's tomatoes on his salad were old and gross our lettuce was wilted and soft. People seated across from us ended up sending some food back and our waiter was MIA for a while so we honestly are just not going to go back. Don't know what happened never had this bad of experience at outback.

Good food and drinks. The service was alright. Not too busy earlier in the day, but dinner rush does exist. You can call ahead, which is nice.

The food was okay, nothing exceptional. Service was average whether your seated in the bar or main dining area. The atmosphere was also average considering it's a open concept layout. The prices were on the high end given the cost of meat these days.

My friends and I went there to eat to celebrate a friends birthday on 11/22 at 7:30 pm. We had a party of 6 and called ahead to see if it would make it easier for the restaurant. our server Felicia (not sure if I spelt it correct) started off being super nice and attentive but, as the night continued the service got worse. She started being more rude and nonexistent. Food took over 30 minutes and she didn’t check on our table for the whole time. for reference the place was a little more than half empty. My steak was overcooked and I couldn’t even tell the server because she didn’t stop by our table for over 20 minutes so, i just decided to move on and eat it. She asked if we needed anything after the food was brought and we asked for A1 sauce and she didn’t bring it till my plate and a few others were completely empty. She didn’t bother telling some of the people who got holiday alcoholic drinks that they were out of the koalas till after they had ordered and been served them. when it came time to pay 2 of our friends wanted to be on the same check and she gave attitude about doing separate checks. On-top of that one of our friends paid in cash and when she came back with everyone’s receipts except the friend who paid in cash (keep in mind our friend never said anything to the server about keeping the change). The server goes “oh did you want your change?” I’ve never experienced a server who assumes they get the change as a tip. I think that was a gross thing to do as a server and as a person. If our friend never asked about her change i’m sure the server would have never said anything about it which is stealing. It was such an uncomfortable moment and we weren’t really sure what to do or say. My friends and I are all nice and like to tip between 15-20% each when it comes time to pay. but after this experience we all didn’t want to tip anything. We still did to be nice but this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere. Considering the restaurant had more empty than full tables the service was lacking. I’d understand if it was busy but it was the opposite. I hadn’t eaten at this restaurant before that night and definitely won’t be back. I try to be fair and maybe she wasn’t having a good night but one thing after another piling up and we weren’t happy.

Asked for two steaks medium rare, food came out and both steaks were raw. I asked the server and he said they were definitely raw. They took out cut up steaks and “recooked” them aka put them in the microwave until they were well done. Still tried charging me full price for $50 steaks. Place is a joke. Never heard of a “steakhouse” recooking the steak you already cut up. Sadly I didn’t even think to take a picture.
