Extremely rude. Kept cutting me off before I finished what I wanted, always "it's gonna be a wait, do you still want it?" In an annoyed tone like I should apologize for even being there lol I understand stressful situations and anxiety so the first 5 times I was understanding. But no, you guys are rude every single time.

store number #1453 I Had the worst experience tonight and this was not the first time I had an issue with the same person. I need to reach out or get ahold of the Director regarding serious complaints about Mr. Alfredo S. First he did not want to assist me on ordering a catering size, then as he was placing my utensils in bag I saw Him dropping the forks on the floor and he still picks it up and placed it inside my bag. When I asked him He gave me an attitude and sarcastically said " No Man! when I actually saw Him pick it up from the floor so did another customer witness it. I have been a long time customer at this location. I never had any issues except with Him. He is very Disrespectful, I Am A senior and Served in United States Armed forces. I Do not Appreciate being Disrespected in this manner. I would like to address this to the upper management.

I made a mistake with my order and Joceliyn (hope o spelled correctly. She went above and beyond to make sure I received my order!! I believe she was helping out the Keizer location (she will be managing the Turner rd - next to Walmart)Go check her out she’s amazing !She is the reason I will give my business to that location!! the food is good but every time i come they are always super slow and the line gets longer and longer. idk if it’s just bad luck but it’s always a 20 minute wait to even get to the window after ordering with several cars in front and behind me

Sooooooo slow. It's always a 10-20 minute wait, and your team is rude I try and order from the menu they say that's going to be cooking for 10+ minutes. Have food ready or don't have it on the menu

I went a few weeks ago, they told me it was a wait for the chicken I agreed to wait, she tried to hand me my food fast which was confusing because she just said it wasn’t ready but ok, so I asked for teriyaki sauce and she agreed to go get some, I took my food and went home because I had a crying baby in the car I did not check it, I got home and NOT ONLY was my order incorrect completely but there was no teriyaki sauce so what did the girl do to to the back and do a circle, l I’m e for what? I couldn’t call because my then they were closed, I did the feedback review and requested to speak to someone explaining what was wrong and never heard back.. the last three times I have gone they have messed something up, I will no longer be going to this location..

The service was great the staffs all seem friendly, however, even when they didn’t have customers rather than going out and cleaning the tables which were all really dirty, they stayed behind the counter, chatting with each other. So unfortunately, when our food was ready, we had to wipe down our own table with a napkin before we could even sit to eat. The place was really dirty and needed some attention. There was even a chair with a plastic thing on it, blocking the hall to the bathrooms! So we could not even use the bathroom and wash our hands before sitting down to eat. ?

Ordered broccoli and beef, didn't get 1 piece of beef. Ordered chicken and mushrooms got 75% mushrooms. If the owners can't afford to give people what they Ordered, because of Bidennomics. Say so, just don't piss down our necks and call it rain. Will never come again.

Online food orders have been stolen several times and never has panda express tried to prevent this from happening. Front service workers were not helpful and let us stand there for more than 20 minutes after we had ordered online 10 minutes prior to arriving. Was told to show up earlier even though we arrived before it should have been finished.Line workers were refusing to remake an order that they had given out to the wrong person without verification after proving with our own receipt that it was our food and this needs to stop. Panda express needs to verify who they are giving out orders to and need to be held accountable for their mistakes
