I have 3 sick kiddos at home as well as myself so I ordered them some soup and Mac n cheese for delivery, it was super easy and affordable, not only that I was able to track the process of my order and when Mackenzie came to my door she knocked and waited for me to grab the food from her and I appreciated that! She was also super friendly! The food was hot and fresh and my sick kiddos loved it! Over all it was such a great experience and I will be ordering delivery again ♥️

This is a mid-tier Panera. The sandwiches are usually slightly dry but out in a good amount of time; customer service is good but at times it's clear the workers are overworked. My least favorite thing is that they refuse to deliver soup now for some reason, so there's no saving that dry Sammy.

I use this location as a home office. They have their non-5-star moments but over all a great location. The sip club is a great program. The best part of this location is Amy. She is newer but her genuine care and customer service for the guests is something I wish was more common. She is a keeper for this reason alone. I hope the owners and management see this and take it to heart. I am just lucky this location is less than a mile from my house, I would still drive 7 if I had to.

No one to take an order, my mother can't stand long enough or see well enough to order. No paper menu's to assist with figuring out what she wants. Sad to say they did not think of all the customers. We ended up going somewhere else.
Everything was so delicious. Just need to clean tables and sweep up food on carpets.

Orders are placed at a kiosk. The sandwiches we ordered showed a picture of two halves that had generous portions but what we got was one small piece of bread with little very small portions and a small bag of chips which I found to be very deceptive. Although the sandwich was good, we left, still hungry and considering the price it was not worth it.

As someone who has successfully ran restaurants for 5 plus years, customer service is everything. However I've never experienced such a rude manager as I did tonight. Said thank you and didn't even acknowledge me and rolled her eyes. Definitely will not be back to this location. Sad miserable people everywhere.

Ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup duet with a baguette side. Since they no longer have charged lemonade I rarely go any more. Drive thru order finally was handed to me and when I went to grab the sandwich from the bag I thought it was a stack of napkins, it was that small. It literally fit in the palm of my hand, 3" and maybe 1/2" thick. Kid size, barely grilled, just enough for what single slice of cheese was on it to melt. The baguette was even smaller, cut at both ends, maybe 4 bites worth. Have canceled my sip club membership and will not ever be back. Extremely disappointed and they've gotten worse over time
