Really wanted to try but they said they were only serving soup. Strange for a sandwhich shop with over a half hour until closing.
No sugar syrup stocked on the drink bar. Ordered a toasted bagel and got a partially warm definitely not toasted bagel.

Horrible service I ordered just a sandwich and soup and I waited about 25 mins in the drive thru.my lunch break was over by the time they gave me my food and they forgot the drink aswell.
Went through the drive through and got a caesar chicken salad, the bistro french onion soup, a coffee and water bottle. Staff was nice. The caesar chicken salad was good, but there were a lot of croutons in it. The bistro french onion soup was really salty and I couldn't eat much of it. The coffee was good. The outside of the building looked clean.

Quality if Panera Bread’s food is always good. Mac n cheese was delicious. Service isn’t a thing anymore. You order on app or screen and pick up at counter for eating in or a shelf for to go orders. Tables were mostly dirty so not very conducive to eating in.

Bruh. Waited AN ETERNITY (30 minutes) for a cup of MACARONI.
The place was deserted.
We were in the drive through.

We were the only people in the drive through and the lobby (we went in and checked) and waited for 30min. We even called the building because we thought they may have forgotten about us. Even with mobile orders this was unacceptable for a Mac and cheese with bread.

Hear me out on this. It's almost like not only is your customer service extremely poor, and your food quality extremely poor. But it's so poor that Panera in Keizer has made sure, that no matter how you go about complaining. About $30 worth of food you purchased. They will make sure to treat all complaints as if you were out of line. And you are in the wrong. Don’t worry everyone you too can experience this. Just stop on by Panera in Keizer. And make sure if your soup is from the day before so watered down you question it. That not only will the manager tell you “For your reference, it’s not watered down, it’s from the day before” only AFTER you hear what she tells the other employee and call her out on it. But when you tell them you want a refund and ask when will the money be back on my card. She says it should be on there now, and you say it isn’t. She says “that’s not my problem” and walks away. No apologies not one ounce of respect. You wasted my money and my time. Then when you ask the employee what the name of that manager is. The employee tells you she can’t give that information out. Because why would the manager wear a nametag. And when you the customer has absolutely had enough. And decided to say that they are awful people. Faith tells you she will pray for you. You KNOW a place has the worst customer service imaginable when the manager does NOT wear a name tag and the employee CANNOT give you her name. As if they protect each other from the evils of customers. When they themselves are the SOLE reason customers would want a refund to begin with. When they themselves have sold you $30 dollars of old watered down soup in the drive through and hope you don’t drive back to complain. So listen if you want the full blown Karen experience as a customer given to you by an establishment. Not the usual way around. This is the place to go! This is for Faith the employee and the “no name” manager.
People like you are the reason God doesn’t talk to us anymore. I have been praying for you both. And this world since there are people like you two in it.

Ordered online doors are locked. Sat waiting 20 min in drive thru just to have my order be wrong?! If someone orders an item and you don’t have an ingredient that is listed in the items name, you should say something. Who is running this place?

Came in to have a coffee study. Sat at a table next to another table that wasn’t occupied. Minutes later an employee came and sat down. She was working on her laptop. Next thing I know she’s having an interview and holding court with her employees, turns out she’s the manager. Meanwhile the entire restaurant is empty, and doesn’t she have an office? I did end up moving tables because it was evident she thinks the whole place is for her. Mind u she was speaking so loudly and yelling over the booth wall at her employees, basically managing from the patron seating area. Will not be back for study time. Woodburn and Salem stores are much cleaner too.

Had to wait for 20 minutes just for my sandwich order. Then made on the wrong bread… Very slow service. Employees seemed scattered and not very welcoming.
