Discontinued the lunch buffet....zero reason to go there for lunch....dumbest business decision ever.....will never go back. I see we are still blaming Covid...a little late for that. In the 1/2 hour I was there you turned away 5 groups of people....sounds like a business about to go out of business.

Extremely good service, fresh ingredients, fast pickup, and very nice employees. I didn’t get the name of the young gentleman helping me with a complicated pickup from last night around 6pm but I was grateful for his extra willingness to help!

Pizza is good but a bit pricey. The salad bar is lacking sometimes. Customer service is good. The place is clean however in need of some repairs.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.Parking: Huge parking lot.

I don't order round table too often because it definitely is a bit more pricey then your usual pizza place. However, I love their pizza and they have really good crust. I ordered for delivery last week and my pizza was made wrong, I was missing a few ingredients. When I called to let them know they offered to remake it, I wasn't able to get back in until almost a week later but they still honored it and allowed me to get my pizza corrected. They had great customer service skills, from the cashier, to the cook. Definitely went above and beyond, very happy and will be ordering again**Update 03/21/23**Ordered for delivery again, same pizza as last time and again they forgot to put the green onion and bbq drizzle on it as well as the extra box I requested... Removed a star for service unfortunately...**UPDATE 4/28/23**Ate inside today, found out it's the LAST DAY FOR THR BUFFET. Going to miss it, $9.99 pizza, salad and drink...

The first time I was there, the food was great. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh and the pizza was great.Since then, I've had three bad experiences. Our order was forgotten and then wrong when we got it. The salad bar was not fresh and several items were out completely and the service was less than acceptable.I'm not sure we'll be giving them another chance.

I love the salad bar. Lots of toppings, well stocked. Pizza has been ok lately. They messed up our order the last 2 times we went, but they do make it right.

When we arrived they had no one else here. they had 0 menus to start with and there were 9 tables full of previous customers meals, plates, drinks. We were here for 20 min and no one else came in. Yet they never cleaned a single table. DISGUSTING. On top of that the bathroom reaks of pee and the stall door locl doesnt even work staff was nice but clearly didnt have any intent on keeping the place clean.

The last 2 times we ordered, the pizza arrived luke warm and missing the extra dipping sauces that were paid for. Whatever, I just don't order extra sauces anymore.Tonight it took 2 hours for our cold pizza to arrive. When I called at the 1.5 hour mark I was informed they now use doordash which explains the lacking service and grumpy drivers.I understand looking for outside the box options to fill staffing shortages but this has lost you a customer.

Went in tonight on 2/1/23 just 2 people. 2 sodas, lrg pepperoni pizza, 2 salad bars and garlic twists.... bill was $58 totally not worth it $60 for dinner for 2 people? Could have ate cheaper at local steak house. Main reason I'm giving bad review is the overall experience, soon as we walked in the employees behind counter saw us but ignored us while we waited at counter for them to finish their pointless conversation before taking our order, pizza had quality of a middle school cafeteria style pizza very bad I had 2 slices and left the rest on table gor employees to pick up. I would definitely not recommend round table to anyone there's better options for way better prices. Also I noticed customers having to wait extended amounts of time for employees to return to the front.... there should always be an employee at the front cash register to take orders but not at this location.

Come to pick up my personal pizza and the manager tells me they made it wrong or forgot to make it. They didn't tell me this when I walked in 5 minutes earlier. I already waited about 15 minutes at work before driving an additional 15 to their location. So it took them about 40 minutes to realize their mistake. And I have to be at work in another 15 minutes. But that's my bad because this has happened plenty of times before. This one required a review. Please don't order here if you're in a time crunch. They WILL mess up your order, guaranteed.Thank you for nothing Round Table, Keizer.P. S. They decided to keep my tip when they refunded me. Nice ??

I had thought I had reviewed this place, seems I may have missed it. As far as food goes, this is a Round Table, you have an expectation. This place is in the middle on that. Sometimes is slightly better than an average Round Table, sometimes less. Where this place fails is customer service. They comstantly take their place offline. Meaning you can't redeem rewards. When you go in to pick up, you will wait a while as there isn't enough staff to run both the kitchen and the front of the house. Speaking of, half the lights in the restaurant are failing. And it's not like this place isn't getting business, it just sems like keeping up the eating area isn't a priority. Or taking orders. Or the counter. Sems like call in orders (again to prevent redemption of rewards) and delivery are the only thing that matters to this location.
