How many people you figure turn around leave in store because a big online order is priority and you're the only 2 people in the store in person

I was at this store and wanted to order two sandwiches, but they were taking forever, and they gave me dirty looks. Terrible service, I waited an hour! Finally, I went to the store at 5264 River Rd and met Juan. Even though it was busy, the service was excellent. Go see him at that location; my sandwiches were ready in two minutes.

This Subway has nothing and they treat you like a nuisance.This Subway disappointed me; it's the worst Subway I've ever seen. You're better off going to the other Subway in Keizer; you'll find Juan and Tony there, and they make the best sandwiches. Go to 5462 River Rd.

Seriously, why is this store still open? It's awful coming here. I made a mistake ordering online from this store where they don't have the product, they treat you badly, and 40 minutes later my order was finally processed.

They didn’t have any meatballs so I tried the spicy Italian sub instead. New favorite immediately! Will be coming back for more food in the near future :)

Very annoyed as I just came in on 10/6/2025, I placed the order at 6:20 PM and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:40, I got there a little early so just sat in my car and watched at other in person customers who came after 6:20 were prioritized over me, my order ended up not being ready until 6:55, and on top of that they were out of 3 items that I wanted… steak and 2 of the cookies. Had to substitute for something else. On top of that one of the sandwiches was a half size even though I had ordered a footlong…. And then my other footlong wasn’t even cut I had to cut it in half myself when I got home. The girl working seemed very nice but I think just overwhelmed because she was the only working in the store, I think the store needs to retrain and have more employees working at a time and also treat customers who ordered online the same as in-person customers, I still paid just like everyone else so not sure why mine got put to the last minute.

Ordered a foot long chocolate chip cookie online. We didn't receive it so we drove back to get it and was told they were discontinued. I was charged for it. I talked to a manager? I think? He said he would look up my transaction and issue a refund for that item. That was a month or more ago..still no refund.

New management is great. Really a great change. Ice machine is working again, they don't seem to run out of things like in the past. Jen H and Heather are a great team! Also the newer staff is very nice and doing a great job. Will continue being a patron

Came inside on my lunch break and spent 15 minutes in line with one person in front of me. Terribly slow service and to top it off when it was my turn to order the worker was told by the inspector that their walk in cooler and food were not at the correct temperature and that they’d have to stop service. I then had to leave and wasted my break.

They also must have been serving people food all day that’s been unkept at the wrong temperatures, so if you ate here recently and get sick….

Service was on point, food was made to order in a timely and efficient manner! All in all this visit was by far one of the best I’ve had at a Subway, I will definitely refer friends to this location.

This subway has made a great improvement, I had the pleasure of having Jennifer make my sandwich not only was she personable but she was professional and made one good Sandwich. You guys made a good choice in choosing her to manage your store. I will be returning to this location in the near future
