New management is great. Really a great change. Ice machine is working again, they don't seem to run out of things like in the past. Jen H and Heather are a great team! Also the newer staff is very nice and doing a great job. Will continue being a patron

Came inside on my lunch break and spent 15 minutes in line with one person in front of me. Terribly slow service and to top it off when it was my turn to order the worker was told by the inspector that their walk in cooler and food were not at the correct temperature and that they’d have to stop service. I then had to leave and wasted my break.
They also must have been serving people food all day that’s been unkept at the wrong temperatures, so if you ate here recently and get sick….

This subway has made a great improvement, I had the pleasure of having Jennifer make my sandwich not only was she personable but she was professional and made one good Sandwich. You guys made a good choice in choosing her to manage your store. I will be returning to this location in the near future

I called to order multiple foot long assorted sandwiches for a group. Them helped me and recommended I come in store to custom order They were helpful, enthusiastic, efficient and knowledgeable about helping me.
As a result, I would never go anywhere else!
I am disappointed in myself for not remembering the 2 ladies that helped me with my large order.

First off I must say that I don’t generally leave reviews. I only leave reviews when they are well deserved. In this case a good Review is deserved. I walked into a very clean restaurant with the smell of delicious bread in the air. I was greeted by assistant manager Jen who made sure to inform me of the new sandwiches that are being sold. I chose to get the new spicy nacho steak. I must say the food was delicious. Assistant manager Jen had a great attitude and provided fast service. I have been to this restaurant before and I must say that she is by far my favorite sandwich artist. If it all possible I would suggest giving her a raise as she definitely deserves it. Thank you so much

I keep giving this subway a try, but I'm all done with the lack of effort making sandwiches, never getting them right and only receiving half your order. I'll never eat here again and I would strongly recommend eat at one of the other Subways in Salem or Keizer.

Workers seem miserable and always have a bad attitude for simply doing their job. Something’s always broken whether it’s the ice machine or the toaster oven. I’ve only been 2 times and both times were disappointing.
