The milk tea is very watered down but the boba was fresh. The popcorn chicken and fried tofu were very good. Minus 1 star because the milk tea needs improvement for it being as expensive as it is.
If you’re looking for great boba tea and snacks in Salem/Keizer, this is the place to go to! T4 has been a lone bright shining star in a desolate extended Salem food scene. T4 is mostly known for bubble tea, and the selections they have in that category are in fact quite enjoyable and diverse. I especially like the numerous options they have for bursting boba.
