Got my regular fried squid. Pretty expensive already, but didn’t expect that they would rip me off even more. I’ve always liked the place, but super disappointed in the portion they gave me.
I do NOT eat any btw, this is what they gave me. They usually fill the box up. I understand maybe sometimes the squids are bigger, but like top me up. It looks like they didnt even try to fill it up.

Great little bubble tea shop that also sells some really tasty snacks like popcorn chicken. Prices are good, size of the drinks is bigger than average, and the food is great. Definitely coming back!

I love this place! Great quality and generous with their portions of drink and toppings. It's the only place I know that encourages you to say how much ice you want! (I hate ice very much so the fact that they have levels you can ask for including 0% thrilled me.) The best thing I've had (they've all been good so far) is the snowglobe tea! It's a wonderful black tea with black and white Boba!
EDIT 4/25 While they still let you get no ice, they will no longer fill it to the top for you. There was about a 2inch gap in my drink. Not a deal breaker, and I understand but... Disappointing. I don't think they should proudly advertise no ice if it's not an actual option.

I love the drinks! Sometimes a little slow, but that’s expected on a popular business. I don’t know what it is, but please avoid coming here after 7 p.m. They close at 8. I was ignored waiting there literally for 15 minutes or so without a greet or welcome in. The worker had a really ugly attitude. I always tip, but not this time. I almost left, but finally after all that, not a single word. Super awkward: “How can I help you?” I was just doing a pick-up. My drinks were already made. I was just sitting there. Just because this is a horrid experience, I’m not going to leave a bad review. I love the Am people. They are always cheery and nice.

I loved it here! I enjoyed everything we ate at this place. I especially loved the takoyaki! Highly recommend! Fried chicken was on point. Fried flour buns with condensed milk was a nice surprise. I wish I had tried the curly fries. I’ll be back next time! Oh and this place is so clean!
Kid-friendliness: The boba shop is spacious and I felt comfortable bringing my kids to eat there.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot was huge and there are ramps for wheelchair access.

i love it here!!! i come often after school for a snack and every tea i try is great. the staff are friendly and service is fast. some boba tea places you can taste the flavor powder from it not being mixed all the way but i have never had that problem here. the tea always tastes fresh and yummy
The boba drinks are great. Customer service needs improvement. Double check your orders on the screen or else they'll tell you you didn't add specific toppings because it wasn't on the screen at checkout even though I had my sister heard that I had asked to add extra toppings.

The milk tea is very watered down but the boba was fresh. The popcorn chicken and fried tofu were very good. Minus 1 star because the milk tea needs improvement for it being as expensive as it is.
