Kennedy the manager went above and beyond by going inside on her break to get an order after the lobby had closed, which was much appreciated. Alicia the server was also very kind and helpful, contributing to a positive visit. The food is typical Taco Bell, and while some drinks may need to be requested separately, the overall experience is better than at other locations, with staff being more attentive and courteous. Prices have increased, but the quality remains acceptable. However, customers note that the day shift staff can be inconsistent, while the night staff provides excellent service.
