I wasn't terribly impressed. Meat was dry but the staff was great

This is a really good food truck I really enjoyed the tacos. The street tacos reminded me of being in Mexico. The service was not bad it was just an exchange of money and food but the food itself was really good and I highly recommend the place.
Great food, and it was done quickly! Can't ask for much more from a food truck! Thanks!
Taqueria Don Jose’s Mexican Food offers delicious pork quesadillas, rice, and beans. Customers appreciate the authentic food and friendly service. Some say it's the best street style tacos they've ever had. Despite the styrofoam containers, the ordering process is quick and easy. The staff is accommodating, even fulfilling special requests. If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine, this restaurant comes highly recommended.
