This place is amazing. The chicken tenders and fries are so delicious, the chicken is tender and very juicy and the fries are very crispy and very delicious 10/10. There are lots of sauces to choose from, all of them are really good and the service is really good. Each time I go to chicken shack the service is really good and the people there are nice. I'd say the price is reasonable and affordable. Overall 10/10 very scrumptious.

Genuinely, the chicken shack has become my favorite place to get food. I live walking distance away and how delicious the food is is absolutely indescribable. The owner is a genuine and kind man. I felt like I treated like an old friend the second I walked through the door. Everyone eat here and support this amazing local business!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic food. Excellent all white meat chicken fingers fried perfectly. The sauce was a little bit watery versus other places if you're thinking about like a thicker barbecue sauce. But it was very very good. The atmosphere was basic it's kind of a hole in the wall place. I had two big screen TVs one was sports one with a Disney movie on. There was only one bathroom and it was out of paper towels. They were playing Christian music over the speakers. It's fine it's their shop they can play what they want, but I didn't come to be proselytized to. I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend them over some of the chain places nearby.

Every time we eat here the food is perfect! The portions are good the breading is awesome The food is always hot! And the atmosphere is great! They are often playing Christian music which is really encouraging! Not overpowering just encouraging! But honestly the number one thing here is the chicken strips and fries!

Need to change my review because my husband placed a order a few days back and when he hot to work they gave him the wrong order so I'm trying to get them to make it right and the manager wouldn't even do anything without talking to her boss and I just have to wait until they decide to get back to me

While I was eating in, a guest was berating the staff and threatening to call the police on them over his order and that they could not do a refund the specific way he wanted. The staff handled the situation very calmly and politely, and I was very impressed with them and their patience. Food was great.
