Fry’s are no good and soggy wings were basically the same, dry meat and nothing about them are fall off the bone. Would definitely look elsewhere. The Korean bbq sauce was good though.

Kinda disappointing that there is still no chilli. Been coming here different times of the year and been told fall it would be available now it’s winter and no chilli😭😭 please give us customers some chilli this winter

I think it's ridiculous to chare regular drink rices for tap water. The staff said it was a cup charge. $2.99 for tap water. Everything is tasty and worth the trip, but if you don't drink soda btlring your own water.

Bunch of young kids working. We waited over 25 minutes for fries? Also, another couple stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before they were even acknowledged.

Very disappointed with my $15 shack bites. Seriously.... that's a $15 item. They used to be so good. Will not return. Had 4 orders of them too, they were all pretty pitiful. Garlic fries did not disappoint, and were delicious!

Food is good, staff is nice, and atmosphere is clear. I must complain though, the wait times can go upwards of 30 minutes somehow, there is no drive-thru, and I never get enough sauce with my tenders. But it’s really good food and I’m gonna get it again tonight.
