I think it's ridiculous to chare regular drink rices for tap water. The staff said it was a cup charge. $2.99 for tap water. Everything is tasty and worth the trip, but if you don't drink soda btlring your own water.

Very disappointed with my $15 shack bites. Seriously.... that's a $15 item. They used to be so good. Will not return. Had 4 orders of them too, they were all pretty pitiful. Garlic fries did not disappoint, and were delicious!

Food is good, staff is nice, and atmosphere is clear. I must complain though, the wait times can go upwards of 30 minutes somehow, there is no drive-thru, and I never get enough sauce with my tenders. But it’s really good food and I’m gonna get it again tonight.

I was on errands & needed to find a bathroom. I went in thinking I'd get a snack so I could use theirs. I saw the lowest price for even some ala cart tenders was over 12.00. I asked for a kid's meal, was denied for being over 10. So I asked if I could just use the restroom. No, said they, it's only for customers. I bought a small soda for 2.49 to qualify as a customer - once only as I won't be going back.

Young gals working and learning the register, did a great job. Food only took a little over 5 minutes and they were slinging carry out, too. Wife's chicken sandwich was off the charts, my fingers were pretty dang big and very tasty. Kids ate every bit of their meal. Our favorite chicken in town for a quick bite, so far. Thanks yall.

The chicken shack has the best wings in Oregon hands down. Anytime I am remotely close to Salem Kaiser, I always visit here to eat. Besides the wings being amazing, their garlic fries are incredible. The people who work here are all incredibly kind and patient and very attentive. The eating area is always clean and the atmosphere is very inviting.
