My husband went to KFC in Klamath falls at 11:10 am today. He was told the original recipe was not done, and there would be a 20 minute wait. If you advertise to be open at 11:00
then have products ready for that time. Do better KFC!
Employees need some training on how to interact with customers!! My husband waited 10 minutes inside for someone to take his order. nobody even acknowledged his presence.
