Unfortunately I have had to change my review from positive to negative. I cannot support a business that supports theft. They have doubled down on their use of genAI which has assured I will not patronize them again.
I wonder why it is so hard for them to ask for permission to use photos instead of devolving to genA.I.? It really is incredibly disappointing. I know their community has been impacted by rising electrical costs just like mine has and using genAI is only going to make those costs rise more. Plus genAI isn’t actually “generating” anything. It is fed solely off stolen, copywrited material taken from me, my step mother’s creations she obtained a master’s degree in fine art to perfect, my friends and millions of others without compensation or reference.
Using this copywrite abusive, environmentally destructive technology does not at all encourage me to support their business or come back and visit.

We came to soak for a date night and it was the most perfect evening! Such a beautiful and peaceful hot springs. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff were great. After the soak, we went to the thermal hub to eat and the food hit the spot! We got the corn chowder, salsa and chips, hot lake cocoa bliss and the carrot cake. We will absolutely return 🫶🏼

My husband chose this place to stay for our 40th anniversary. I am so glad he did. The staff here is amazing. The pub staff is so very friendly, they also have great Oregon beer on tap. I am not a hot water person so the soaking in the hot spring tub will be his thing I will soak up the atmosphere. I am definitely recommending this place.

The staff member told me to sit anywhere I like, and the employee behind the bar was courteous. The meatballs with marinara, and bread sticks were flavorful 😋.

Easily my favorite hot spring resort in the whole state of Oregon! Immaculate grounds, beautiful historic buildings, modern pools and amenities. As beautiful as the resort itself is, the staff are even better. I am chronically ill and spend a lot of time in hospitals and the staff were aware of my conditions and bought me flowers and wrote me a card. When I had a medical emergency while staying overnight they got me immediate medical treatment and literally saved my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Sabrina and the crew for everything they did. I would not be here without them.

No way I’d support this business after they hurt / upset one of our local rodeo queen candidates . As a local business you should support all the girls or none !!! Not ok !!! You hung it , you committed !!! Tearing it down and throwing away is not ok !!! I’ll make sure to let everybody on my YouTube channel , Instagram and Facebook know what kind of business you truly are !!!

Poor communication from staff and management/ownership. When wanting explanation in regard to rules, policies, or even community support they are very short and don’t engage. Have been here multiple times to soak and had questions where I was rudely shut down. I also have a niece who was told she could hang a poster on their door next to another poster for her rodeo court. It was hung then management tore it down without any explanation or communication and tossed it. This was after she had hung the poster with approval and left. She’s 15…. Not sure why the lack of communication and the only explanation was “the other girl is a friend of the owner”. All fine and good if thats how your business wants to run things but at least have the decency to explain to a 15 year old why, after you already approved it. Not only that but she designed and paid for the poster….

To be honest, we never got a chance to order. Arrived at 2 pm (opening time) after an eight hour drive from our home base. We had chosen the spot for its proximity to the Yurt we had reserved at a nearby hot springs. All beer taps were down and the place is is an ‘in between’ state as it’s (evidently?) being renovated. Having thiryed for a beer for hours whilst driving, we passed and moved on to a place in Union.

If you are looking for a unique experience this is it! Fantastic charcuterie board, fresh made soup, amazing chips and salsa, and very friendly service are the tip of the iceberg! The building is an experience all on its own…look to the far end of the bar for a binder that has the history of the place, it is fascinating and spooky all in one! We will visit this place every time we are in the area, it’s SO cool!

The owner seems to be focused more on NA beverages and mock tails then it’s cocktail menu, which is unfortunate because they make it very clear that you can’t bring your own alcohol onto the property and so I think they’re really missing out on an opportunity to do better.
The food menu is extremely limited, which is problematic as they are the only food option for quite a ways
