Last couple years, I've been quite frustrated by the lack of good customer service by other businesses. Going into 1847 tonight was a refreshing experience and reminded me that it still exists. Not only good customer service but excellent and amazing service! Food was awesome! Carl is and awesome server!!! Every interaction with staff was 5 star! Thank you for a refreshingly amazing evening.
1847 Bar & Grill was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The drinks were excellent, the appetizers were delicious, and the ribeye was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. The ambiance really stood out—it has a warm, inviting atmosphere that's perfect for a nice dinner or a special night out. I'll definitely be back!
