Squatchsami Food Truck and Outpost is amazing! Customer service is top notch! Debbie went above and beyond for us and my unique request for some seasoning to go. Rosemary fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, perfectly seasoned with fresh chopped rosemary. Each one is a a flavor explosion in your mouth! Chicken was juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. Seasonal waffle was piled high with delicious fresh apples in a cinnamon, sugar compote. Highly recommend!...

I had fish and chips off their truck during a market in the parking lot. Their menu board was a chalkboard because they change the fish to reflect what’s fresh. Totally legit.
I eaten a lot of fried fish in Lincoln city and I swear this, in my opinion, was the best I’ve had. Fries were good too.

Lingcod fish n chips, clam chowder in a bread bowl, and salad with grilled chicken were absolutely wonderful!!
The staff were all kind and informative!
We will certainly be back!!

Dietary restrictions: The salad can fit within any dietary restrictions I can think of!
