We’re from Grant County in Oregon and stopped in Madras for lunch today. The food was great, the service exemplary, the restaurant spotless! Wish we had one in John Day🙂. I even bought two extra cheesy chicken bowls to take home for my husband.
I wanted to order hot wings but nobody could answer a simply question about the breading. The two people working were rude, disinterested in helping and both claimed they were new and couldn't really help. So there's no training? No management? I also exchanged the 3 marinara pack that for reasons unknown came with the cheese curds. They gave 1 ranch. 1 for a large order for two people. This location is absolutely terrible and unprofessional and should be avoided.
