It's so great to visit a 100% gluten free brewery and know I can safely have everything! Especially enjoyed this Blackbird Stout. Looking forward to my Cookies and Cream Donut! Staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

had the beer flight - many good beers (sour beer, double IPA, amber ale)! super nice staff and donuts were out, but _extremely_ delicious cupcake.

I have not been to the pub but have bough their beer in Salem area. I have also been gifted their beer at Christmas and was super thankful. Impressed! Stout was dark, chewy and flavorful! People seem to love their GF food. I'm betting I'll give them a 5 once I eat at location. This is on my Christmas wish list for beer a beer gift.

Out of this world! Top notch gluten free beer and eats. Honestly one of the best doughnuts & some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Couldn’t tell it was even gluten free. I don’t even have a gluten sensitivity but my friend has Celiac’s Disease & introduced me. I am just sorry I live 3000 miles away from Bierly ?

This place was amazing and so accommodating even when we arrived close to closing time. 100% gluten free and delicious, made me so happy! I even took a loaf of sandwich bread home on the airplane. ❤️

YUM!!! 100% dedicated gluten free establishment so it was a relief getting the option to eat safely. The donuts are DELICIOUS which was why I made the drive to get my son a treat. I also ordered the turkey pesto sandwich and it was so good! I couldn’t believe it was gluten-free it was more than worth the hour drive for me!

Great spot for gluten free beer and food! This is a family owned and operated business, and it’s so sweet getting to talk to these folks. I love that they moved out here to Mac from Corvallis, and it’s a great spot to hang out!

What an amazing place! The best chicken salad sandwich and fancy donut I've ever had, such spongy dough/bread, for $13, and I didn't even know it was gluten free at first...

All Delicious Things Step Forward - Not So Fast GLUTENAmazing find for Gluten Free. First let me start by saying how JP and Ames are wonderful hosts. During my visit I tries multiple beers from hoppy to lager to stouts...there are multiple taps and multiple options...something to please everyone. Then I tasted the food. The Corndog was perfect. Mildly crispy outside and the right amount of "corn" to not overpower the "dog" as many gluten free items can zap flavor out of food, but not here. Then I moved onto a glazed doughnut and a lemon frosted with Fruity Pebble sprinkles.... yes Fruity Pebbles. Doughnuts were very soft in the middle and served warm. perfectly glazed/frosted. My wife who is not GF commented that the glazed doughnut could be her all-time fave. Then I came back for soft pretzels. Served warm, soft and salted with options for dipping sauce. The preparation of the food was nothing short of masterful. Meanwhile JP ...aka the Nutty professor of Gluten Free Brewing (I mean that as a compliment) walked me through the process to come up with the proper way to make GF Beer. It is nothing short of rocket science. This place will haunt me as it is too far for regular visits. LASTLY - There is a sign posted right at the entrance - No Gluten products allowed. Bierly - Where have you been my whole GF Life?

Donuts were among the best I've ever had. The beer was solid and to my surprise, gluten-free. Cold IPA and Munich Lager were our favorites. Most gluten-free beer I've had is horrible but not here.

Great place to stop for some drinks and food, especially if you're Celiac. Entire menu is gluten free.
