Good food, very generous portions, I had the crazy chicken and steak/onion 2 meat dish- I should have had the 1/2 portion. Way more than I could eat. The crazy chicken definitely is heavy on the fried flavor/texture. A 19 year old football player would have been full(maybe). Servers were fun and friendly, my wife had the Kahlua pork with rice and kimchi- she said the kimchi wasn't the greatest, the Pork, however was good. They were out of kalbe ribs and fried rice so if you have your heart set in something call ahead.

I went for my first ever visit to this place as I always crave a good hawaiian grub experience. I ordered the crazy chicken single meat withwhite rice and mac salad.The portions were good, but the chicken was maybe overly seasoned and with the sauce was super salty and literally poor flavor and the mac salad tasted as though it was noodles mixed with glue(elmers) and was told they were out of the nirmal veggies that are usually mixed in the salad.The rice was the only thing that seemed normal(plain white rice). I lived on the hawaiian style plate meals while I have explored the various islands and the numerous awesome eateries around anywhere you go and sometimes would eat 2-4 times a day after my days aquatic activity(always working up a big appetite). The other thing was that they were out of pretty much all their usual favorite dishes like beef and pork due to a very busy service period the last several days prior to my visit, which limited my desire to get what I craved(teriyaki beef plate). The biggest thing I noticed when I got home and ate my meal was the very over powering salty flare(with very little sweet) of everything there and the gluey mac salad. I have years of culinary experience and tend to throw my own hawaiian dishes together with memories of all my hawaiian island experiences and talking with the various venders and chefs from the places I ate at there. My take on making a business sucessfull is to give a goid first impression and truely be able to draw the "guests" back for more. I was appauled by the quality served at hawaii 5-0 three and probably will not return or even recommend this establishment????

Get there early to get everything before they run out. This place is soo good, it goes fast. Such a cute spot in downtown McMinnville with great food and friendly service. I didn't get to try the Mac salad but I heard it was delicious. I'll be back to try it for myself. So good!!
A couple months ago, I had Hawaii Five-O-Three when it was brought in as a group (catered) meal. It was delicious.I live close and I have been there a few times, tonight being my 5th time total. Each and every time, they are sold out of many of their staple items and regularly have lists of menu items they're out of. Many times it is their primary meat dishes, so I have to order other things I didn't really want as much. It's super annoying, and disappointing when you want something that's on their menu.But, tonight, much of their menu was unavailable or out of stock, INCLUDING RICE AND MAC! What kind of Hawaiian food restaurant runs out of rice and mac?! The employees, though very polite and apologetic, were also embarrassed they had run out of their main menu items. It's a real shame- because the food is good, but I strongly recommend you don't go just to be disappointed. Poor management, poor purchasing, poor planning.

I have heard amazing things about this place and today was the day we decided to give it a try. Omg let me tell you..... The over the phone customer service was a 10 ! Diana I believe was her name was super friendly and explained everything. I also want to give a shout out to the cooks because let me tell you the food was amazing! We got our order to go and we live a little ways out, when we got home The crazy chicken was still crunchy!!!!! ?. We will def be back and will be recommending ! Thank you again for an amazing experience.
