I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
Only 1 waitress slow service
The food was just fine, although it took a while to get it. Even though they were not busy. The Lady who served us was very pleasant.

IHOP offers good food, but the overall experience can be affected by an unpleasant smell that fills the restaurant. While the food is consistent with other IHOP locations, the cleanliness of the booths and tables could be better. The strong odor is hard to ignore and can overshadow the enjoyable meal. However, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The waitresses are great and the service is praised, with servers remembered for being attentive without being overbearing. The food was good, although the service can be sooooo slow due to a lack of people in the kitchen. Everyone was pleased with the service, as coffee, soda and water were refilled without asking. Overall, IHOP continues to serve great food with helpful staff, though the smell can be a drawback.
