Flew in to Portland from Tampa FL. Friends said if you go by McMinnville you have to get barbecue from this place. Drove by Dropped In, sat there and watched their staff prepare a monster order that slammed them. But they had Smiles on their faces and was getting it done. Lived here for over 6 months now, kept meaning to try this place, but just never got around to it until...today! Great service. Amazing food. The brisket was superb - easily the best I've ever had.
Easily one of the best BBQ joints around. Not around Oregon. Around. I've had BBQ in the deep south and this ranks among the best. Brisket that MELTS. Homemade potato salad that can rivial the midwest potato salad queens. Couple that with amazingly friendly service and Ribslayer is the perfect experience.
