We were traveling from WA to CA and found this hotel online. It was the highest rated one for Medford, at least on the site I was on. We were delighted with how friendly the staff was. We had dinner and it was fresh and high quality food. Our room was so clean which made me feel comfortable, especially the bathroom. We hosted our parents 50th Anniversary party there August 2024 and I cannot say enough about the beautiful room, wonderful staff, delicious food and stellar service. Zach made it such an easy process and was instrumental in helping us pull it off. Joe is a hands on manager who helped and they made the day just stellar. Great food, great place for an event. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!
Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good stuff about this hotel! The staff is top tier as well as their service. I always feel welcomed, and all my requests are efficiently taken care of.
