I asked the cashier about their dressings being gluten free, she asked, I assume, the manager and he said "we have nothing gluten free" Which I am ok with but be a little more nice about it. I know for a fact the Greek salad I ordered had 0 gluten in it. Pretty sure the dressing I asked for on the side, oil and vinegar, was gluten free. Over priced for a bowl of lettuce, 5 cherry tomatoes and a few olives. In no hurry to go back, EVER!
Food is terrible. I don't know how they do it, but everything thing is bland. The turkey avocado club came with 1 sliver of avocado. The Cesar chicken salad came with 0 chicken. What is happening over there at Panera? I will say the everything in the kitchen cookie was delicious. I won't be back however because cookie alone just isn't enough to keep me coming. The staff wasn't awful or anything. They just don't give that little extra that says this is a friendly place to dine.

Very disappointed. Soups were cold, small portions and overpriced. Our bowl and cup of soup were the same size. I've had better tomato soup from a can. :( The avocado on my tiny sandwich was so under-ripe I had to scrape it off. Our order got jumbled with another and had wrong/missing items. I had to show the staff my receipt to get the correct food, they were polite and apologetic while correcting it.
