Long wait, over priced for so little. The sourdough bread was amazing though.

I have been waiting years to go to this restaurant. I was completely disappointed with their Frozen nasty chicken. I thought this place was supposed to be fresh and delicious. I paid $37 for me and my cousin to eat a sandwich and some soup!!!! Absolutely not what I was waiting for. The employee was extremely nice and helpful and the place was very clean but the food was not good.

Food was good, I love the mango yuzu lemonade charger and my sandwich was good but, the sandwich had so many pickled peppers. The service could have been better. They switched over people then the second person at the drive thru kept disappearing.

As a first-time customer at Panera, I found the atmosphere to be somewhat impersonal. While the food was satisfactory, I felt that the prices were excessive for the quality provided. Despite the establishment's apparent popularity, the kitchen staff appeared to be overwhelmed and rushed, which may have contributed to the issues I encountered. I ordered a hot sandwich, while my companion chose a half salad with mac and cheese. After placing our order, I observed my sandwich sitting in the serving window for approximately five minutes while waiting for my companion's meal to be prepared. When our order was finally ready, my sandwich, which had clearly been heated in the oven, was unfortunately cold.

I'm a little mixed about this location. The one I grew up with had an amazing atmosphere and had great staff. This one it seems that only management knows what they are doing, and they put my food out in an odd order. I had one you pick two with a salad and Mac and Cheese and then one full sandwich. They put the sandwich out first, which meant it got cold. They should have done the salad then sandwich, then Mac and Cheese to everything was hot. Overall, I probably won't go to this location again. Doesn't feel cozy and homey like other Paneras.

Not busy and im assuming because the Prices are ridiculous. 22 dollars for a pathetic half sandwich and a tiny bowl of soup and a drink..this was my favorite restaurant the food was great and the prices where reasonable that is no longer the case unfortunately :( Not worth the price!

I rarely ever leave a bad review for any restaurant or service. However, 3 out of the 5 total times that I have been to Panera bread in Medford, a significant part of my order is missing. Today I ordered two bread bowls. They tape the bag shut so I didn't check it in the Drive-Thru. I get the 4 miles home, sit down to eat my dinner with my son, and we have the two very small containers of soup - no BREAD bowls. If I didn't want fresh bread, I would have eaten a can of soup from my cupboard. It would have tasted better and been significantly less expensive.

I can see why they have a 2.9 star rating here.I hadn't been to Panera for 10 yrs and wanted to try this new location in Medford, Oregon. I ordered one of their new "Era" sandwiches - the Chicken Bacon Rancher. What they advertise and what I got are two completely different things. The sandwich I got had had three small pieces of chicken, a thick, creamy spread that tasted like cream cheese, and small bits of what tasted like those fake bacon bits you buy for salads. It was thin and completely disappointing. The bread was good, tho, and the service nice. The place itself is new and high end.I won't go again. $14 for a tasteless piece of toasted bread. See attached what it's supposed to look like/get and what it looked like and I got.... awful!!

4/30/2024 Food tasted how I expected. My only complaint is that I ordered a piece of bread on the side for my soup and when I did not receive it I went to the cashier stand and asked for it. I thought the guy there was the manager since he had a clipboard and seemed to be handing the money at the register, but when he brought back my bread he was holding it with a piece of wax paper and instead of handing it to me he dropped it on his clipboard and threw away the wax paper.

Come on folks...when someone tells you you forgot the sauce and onions on their sandwich, don't just say "we are out" and turn away. This food isn't cheap. And the last two times I came, you were out of major items. I won't bother returning.

Terrible customer service. They don't notice customers. You need to make yourself know or they won't help you. No greeting, no hi, standing there for at least 10 minutes to get help when it's not busy. They are slow working and there's no sense of urgency....Panera Medford needs to step.it up!
