I dont have high hopes or expectations when I go to Applebee's, but this one in particular managed to be below even my low Applebee's standards. I wasn't brought out the food I ordered, but at least they didn't charge me for it, since they never brought it. The manager and employees were nice, but the service and food was bad.

Applebee's, you know what's here. I'll say this. The service was really good. Quick and friendly. Both things that seem to have become underrated at some of these chain restaurants.Food being 4 stars is simply because it's Applebee's food. But it was cooked well.Atmosphere was fine, just the decor hasn't changed in forever. But that's all Applebee's not just this one.Kid-friendliness: Comes with crayons and a coloring menu. Plus it's a restaurant where they don't look at you like your bringing a demon into their establishment and I appreciate that.

First, the table was sticky and food stuck on it, so we were moved to a different table that had a coke can still on it. The food came out hot, but the mozzarella cheese sticks weren't cooked all the way. I have to say the waitress was really good!! I felt bad because there were two other working on the floor, one a hostess and maybe the other was a waitress but they were hardly doing anything. Our waitress looked presentable, hair pulled back, clean clothes, no wrinkles, she was all over trying to seat people, clean tables, and serve people. The hostess one kept disappearing, and when she did clean a table off, she didn't wipe it down. The other, maybe waitress looked like she rolled out of bed, her shirt wasn't tucked in, half of her hair was hanging out of the ponytail, and she barely sat anyone either. The older waitress was doing her best. Then Applebee's is charging a surcharge if you use your debit or credit card!!! That just shows me Applebee's has gotten so cheap they can't even afford to pay that, do you understand Applebee's that fee will be taken from a customer aspect from the waitress, which isn't fair if they are good. So if you do go eat here and you don't want to pay the surcharge on using your credit card or debit care, bring cash!!

My friend and I were attending a concert in town and stopped by Applebee's for a drink. There was no one at the door for several minutes. The hostess appeared as I was heading to the bar and asked what I was doing. It took five more minutes to get the bartender to show up so we could order a quick drink. The bartender seemed friendly enough. So because of all the waiting around, we didn't have time to enjoy the drinks we ordered. I had to gulp down my G&T. ( I couldn't taste the gin at all.) Then we had to hunt down the bartender for our tab. I already don't eat at any Applebee's, now I won't likely pop in for a drink either.

Went to a evening out for dinner here tonight. Had an amazing meal and servicebwas excellent, reasonably priced. Highly recommend
Left bc servers made me feel like I was a burden for arriving at 9 pm. Sunday hours say till 11. Server didn’t even bring us waters we asked for twice and didn’t tell us they stopped serving alcohol two hours before close for some reason. I usually don’t have issues at this location but I’ve never come two hours before close before either. Happy hour was at 9 and we tried ordering drinks at 9:06. People who came ten minutes after us got their drinks before we even got ours and their order was taken by the same server. Just unprofessional all around

We used to love going to this place. It seems that every time we go it get worse. Especially the happy hour crew which seems to be a popular complaint online from many people. Sadly, my fiancée and I have experienced this rudeness and rush attitude right at 9 o'clock. ... 2 hours before close, and right at happy hour. We were sat down, and asked for water. It took 20 minutes, just to have them ask another couple of girls behind us what they wanted to start with. We hadn't even had WATER brought to us. Waitress comes back to us, and asked what we would like to start with or do you want to just order your whole meal, with a bit of a tone or annoyance. Okay? Work sucks. I get it. Not worried about it. We asked for our drinks for happy hour and she said they shut down their bar for the night. They called last call 45 minutes before that I guess..?? So over two hours before close and when your advertising happy hour?? I'm Confused further now. My fiance asked a lady towards the bar about what that means then and that lady told us their bar tender called out so they had to close the bar.Why didn't the first one say that? It wouldn't have been a big deal? It just really felt as if we weren't welcomed and they wanted us out so they could close up shop sooner than later. We sat another 5-10 minutes and decided we couldn't get that water while we already were waiting for half an hour at this point. I couldn't stand to stay. Again, did not feel very welcomed or "happy" to be seen you know?We were extremely disappointed. The night time crew and day time crews are night and day. These interactions are becoming more common. A lot of the other reviews seem to share the same concerns. It's really sad. We used to love this place. Jefferson's treated us much better.
