I placed my order for birthday ice cream cake, paid for it 24 hours in advance, and to write on it Happy Birth Day “ person name “ to make it a special day for someone.
Leave it to Baskin- Robbins to take your payment and to find the cake blank was no writing on it at the time of pick up.
I asked calmly to speak to someone to write on the cake _what should have been already done 24 hours ago when I ordered and paid for it_ and the sales associate told me it’s not my fault , I didn’t take your payment, I am not qualified to write on the cake, I am here by my self and the nearest time someone will be here will be in an hour . Funtime when u plan your loved ones birthday and it get ruined by excuses of incompetency.

Pay 8 dollars for a large root beer float large cup sure that’s half full and u ask em about it we measure it out it’s half full don’t show me a large cup for 8 dollars and give it to me half full

I love ice cream so much I will spontaneously stop and have a reasonably large serving just for myself all alone and it makes my sun shine on a rainy day dry and warm. This place seems to always have great customer service from employees that are always willing to help others even if they're not in the store to eat ice cream even if someone is in need of walking. The owner is so Awesome

We went in tonight as my daughter had never been but was always a child favorite of mine. The icecream is fine with all the flavors and such. It's an icecream shop. However, I will be going back and supporting this shop. The workers were very kind. One gentleman took the time to talk with an older lady in a power scooter. It sounds as she comes a lot and I know why they talked with her and cared for her. He talked about her order and helped her with her basic needs. He got down to her level to actually talk to her. Then was concerned how she would leave without a cup holder. I am going to say it was a really nice to see someone care about someone else in such a manner as life/work gets so busy sometimes we forget human needs of compassion. That lady may enjoy icecream but she definitely enjoys the human compassion.

Some if the best customer service I've experienced. They have the best ice cream, and amazing shakes!

Love the ice cream and variety of flavors, but today I was disappointed they had a whole case empty.. i must say everytime I come in with my sisters placing a big order the employees always come off very annoyed and rushing us and quite rude..

Ice cream was good. Went around 9:30pm, and at 10:50 pm employees told us we had to leave because they were going to close and didn't want to stay.

Well kept, staff friendly in and out quickly!
