Blue Fish Hawaiian Fusion

I’m often let down by mainland Hawaiian food due to poor meat quality and lackluster flavors, but Blue Fish completely exceeded my expectations. Simply put, the food is outstanding. In an era where many restaurants cut corners to save costs, it’s rare to leave a place feeling truly satisfied rather than regretting the experience and wondering about its future. I’ll be recommending this spot to friends to help support one of the few places still offering a quality meal at a reasonable price. Keep doing your thing, Blue Fish!

I love eating here except the last time the fish and chips were not good . burnt and dry.
I called ahead for a take out order and let him know very nicely to please be sure it wasn't this time.
It was. I Left it there.
Sadly disappointed.

Blue fish has the best ribs I've had in my entire life. Not exaggerating. We always have amazing service. I love that it's a ma and pa hidden little gem. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Nope! Not here people, go to other island food. No island vibes here. I felt cheated for money, Kalua pork= dry katsu = super dry ,loco moco’s gravy is not gravy. Customer service= dry . Islander run this place? Representing good vibes from the island?? I check out all island restaurants, show support for the business. Not here guys, moving on! SMH
Watch out, they will also cheat by setting different amount of food on different times and online menu and in Uber app . If you look at the picture of the menu, one of the food I got was loco moco, menu says you get 2 of each items. But when I ordered I only got one of each. And if I knew that from the beginning, I might have ordered differently. They charged me $14 dollars for one patty, one egg, a scoop of rice and mac salad.

Medford has a LOT of restaurants, THIS is one of the very best. Unique Hawaiian fusion. Every meal that we've had has been perfect. Cynthia and her staff are warm and welcoming. The menu is extensive and diverse. The restaurant may be small but the satisfaction is huge.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome but this is a better location for a quiet, intimate adult dinner. The quiet is very welcome after a hard, busy day.

Ordered take out for my birthday. The Fish tacos, short ribs and mac salad were amazing. will be back for more. quality and quantity is excellent

I have been visiting Blue Fish for over a year now. I love their chicken sandwich -- definitely the best in the area. The couple that run the restaurant are great and they work really hard; I really, really hope that they are successful. I have taken friends to Blue Fish and they always come away impressed. There are only four restaurants in the area that I visit regularly, and Blue Fish is one of them.

The food is good, but a bit pricey for the quantity. Service was good. They have a great selection of alcoholic drinks and Hawaiian sodas.

Great service and atmosphere. I had the Chicken Katsu and although, flavor was delicious it was quite overcooked on some pieces that I couldn’t finish my lunch portion. Worth a try and definitely would go back!
