Blue Fish Hawaiian Fusion

While I’ve only been once, I have to say that Blue Fish is amazing! I highly recommend trying their Shrimp Stir Fry with Sweet Chili Sauce, it paired very well with the Mac Salad. The woman who served my family was kind and efficient, as was the rest of the staff. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would. I can’t wait to come back! 😊

Fresh, delicious food fusion Hawaiian food. The shrimp is especially good. Prompt and kind staff.

Cynthia and her staff are just a delight. Our food was fresh and hot. I had the Hula Salad which is great on a hot day like today. Daniel had the ribs and he just kept saying that they're sooo good! The Blue Hawaiian drink is absolutely delicious. We'll definatelty be back due to this and the great ambiance.

There was no real fusion of anything in the food. Not really Hawaiian or Mexican food, but they just kinda threw them together to see what would happen. And no spam musabi. That was disappointing. The kids burger was a frozen patty thrown in a griddle. My son didn't want to finish it and after I tasted it, I couldn't blame him.

The place is casual and food was really good and there was plenty of it. Prices were very reasonable and the entire staff were attentive and friendly. We are definitely coming back.

I want to give an honest review. For the area that this restaurant is located in, it caters to the palate WELL. To those who are passing through or have significantly versatile palates, the seasonings could be more pronounced. It would help if there were a variety of checks for the tolerance of seasonings. Ultimately the prices were ok for the area and the portions were nice.

Calamari: Overcooked 3/10 (sauce alone is great though)
Coconut shrimp: 6/10 with the mango salsa combo
Lava Rock Wings:6/10 tasted great but I got mostly flats.
Kaluah pork rolls: 4/10 (dough was soft, mango salsa pairs better elsewhere)
Baby back ribs 8/10 (TENDER, Great rub, please just cut it up).

The vision is great please go some what bolder with flavors. Give those who want to opt out an option. Thank you!

I’m often let down by mainland Hawaiian food due to poor meat quality and lackluster flavors, but Blue Fish completely exceeded my expectations. Simply put, the food is outstanding. In an era where many restaurants cut corners to save costs, it’s rare to leave a place feeling truly satisfied rather than regretting the experience and wondering about its future. I’ll be recommending this spot to friends to help support one of the few places still offering a quality meal at a reasonable price. Keep doing your thing, Blue Fish!

I love eating here except the last time the fish and chips were not good . burnt and dry.
I called ahead for a take out order and let him know very nicely to please be sure it wasn't this time.
It was. I Left it there.
Sadly disappointed.

Blue fish has the best ribs I've had in my entire life. Not exaggerating. We always have amazing service. I love that it's a ma and pa hidden little gem. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
