They didn’t have Ice tea, soda or pancakes. The food we did order was super small servings. the bisects were like the size of a hockey puck and as hard as one. the gravy was canned gravy and came out cold with sprinkled bacon on top. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich had the same hard dried out biscuit. The came out wrong I asked for over easy and it came out sunny side up. And the sausage was undercooked. The worst part was the lame excuses. Like that’s a local sausages it always pink like that. And are Amazon order has not arrived. For the items they didn’t have. This place is extremely over priced, super small portions. And the service was terrible. Except the girl that works in the bakery side. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place and drive the 1/2 mile to Crackin and Stackin. They have traditional breakfast and excellent food
The food at butter cloud is so absolutely delicious. I love coming here for breakfast. The eggs Benedict is delicious and they do a cow salad. That’s wonderful as well.
Very nice place to eat very roomie
I love going to butter cloud I don't go there very often but very good food little expensive though
Food is always good but service always sucks inattentive wait staff and most spent more time talking with customers instead of getting orders this place is definitely not a quick bite plan to wait 30 minutes to sit then another 30 minutes to order and finally 30 minutes to get food
The kindness shown by Hailey was unforgettable.
Stopped in for breakfast on December 26th.
Ordered french press coffee.
Received lukewarm coffee out of an airpot. Let the waiter know it came out of the air pot and it was lukewarm.
He then took the cup zapped it in microwave and brought it back.
When I questioned him, he said that's how they do it.
And then watched an older gentleman make a new pot.
All they do is pour boiling water over coffee grounds stir the grounds. After 4 minutes they pour it into an airpot.
French press should be made fresh and pressed at the table.
If they're taking shortcuts in this what else are they doing?
Nice concept but way overpriced and underserved. I was the first customer in the door and was told that depending on where I sat I would get different service. I chose table service instead of counter service. Ordered tea and had the breakfast before the tea came. Had to ask two separate times for the half and half originally ordered with the tea. Other tables that came in after me got drinks before me. $10.75 for a breakfast biscuit and $5.50 for a side of gravy. $5.50 for tea! Needless to say no tip given or earned.Poorly trained staff is a reflection of management.
Service was not good kind of rude . Not our favorite. Tried it once and wont b back
Spicy coffee, spicy jelly, divine biscuits.

Overcooked, and Underserved.
My wife ordered a Fall Spiced Latte with added pumpkin flavor, but instead recieved a regular latte with pumpkin flavor. After fifteen minutes or so I was able to get the waitresses attention and let her know my wife recieved the wrong beverage. I was informed it was what was ordered (although we ordered the same drink and mine was correct), and we were given a plastic cup with flavored syrup to add to the drink instead of simply replacing it. The biscuits were hard and burnt on the outside, while the inside was still uncooked dough. When we checked out we were not given an itemized tab and received no receipt, so it was hard to tell what item was incorrect since we were overcharged.

The food is not good enough to wait 50 minutes from the time you order your food to the time you get your food. I only recommend this restaurant if you are not hungry.

I’ve heard nothing but raving comments about Buttercloud and also see the good reviews online. We had high expectations and were extremely disappointed. It was busy so understandable we had to wait for a table. They didn’t ask if we wanted inside or outside. They just sat us outside which we didn’t want because it was cold and had a small kiddo with us. We dealt with it because we didn’t want to wait longer. Food took an extremely long time and arrived cold. It took about 20 mins just to get the tea I ordered when we first sat down. The Benedict (which the server said is the best on the menu). Was hands down the worst Benedict I have had in my entire life. This is no exaggeration. I had to pull out the bacon because it was very undercooked, rubbery, slimy and just plain disgusting. The hollandaise sauce had zero flavor, it was chunky and gritty. The biscuits were blah. We were all absolutely starving and waited so long I decided to just pick through it instead of sending it back. Which I would have had to get up and hunt down the server for because he never once came to ask us about our food. Not once. When we got the check I told the waiter about the bacon and showed him the undercooked, rubbery pieces on the plate. He did not look surprised whatsoever and was very nonchalant about it. He said sorry. We can comp you something from the bakery. I said okay, thank you. The price was almost $70 after tip (which I was definitely contemplating on but felt bad so we tipped regardless). Portions on all my family’s plates were very small, like child portions. We all were terribly disappointed and will never come back here or recommend anyone.
