We love Buttercloud and are thrilled our go-to breakfast spot is back open! My fave is the Farmhouse and the hubs likes the works - the biscuits and gravy with ham and eggs. 😋
This was a quite a gem of a bakery! The service was wonderful, the decor is charming, it’s much larger inside than it seems from outside, the coffee was incredible and the food was absolutely delicious. We were treated to breakfast here by family, but my husband and I will absolutely be back. The espresso pie is heavenly.

This afternoon, I observed the presence of flies on the pastries within the display case, which raises concerns regarding sanitation standards. Given the establishment's reputation, this is particularly disappointing.
Breakfast at Butter Cloud was yummy! We had the spicy coffee (forgot the menu name for it!) And Benedict and an omelet. Customer service was nice and food was very good! Only thing is this place is so popular and bussing that its quite hard to have a conversation. We always come back!

I just wouldn’t go back, service took way too long and they were short one staff . They should have called another staff to come in. Outside dining tables were not cleaned off and haven’t been bussed yet by waitresses or dishwasher . Landscaping needs trimmed .

Once we were shunned from the Rooster Café, we came here and were delightfully greeted with pleasant customer service and delicious pastries. Highly recommend coming here!

My love affair with Buttercloud Cafe in Medford has lasted for ten years, but sadly, it seems to have come to an end. It was once my go-to spot, a place where the scratch-made biscuits and legendary sticky buns were a constant source of joy.
However, a recent change in ownership has left the cafe feeling like a shell of its former self. The food, the very soul of the place, just isn't the same. The change goes beyond just the biscuits and my beloved sticky buns. Signature dishes like The Farmhouse and the Rogue Scramble have also lost their way. The rich, satisfying flavors I used to crave are gone, replaced by something that just doesn't hit the mark. It's a heartbreaking change for a loyal customer. While the cafe's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff remain, the magic of the food has unfortunately disappeared.

Price is a bit high for what you get 3 bucks for an egg seems a bit ridiculous. Servings are small. It's gone down hill from like 5 years ago. Probably better of going to roosters on Barnett.

I love this Cafe but the soup came cold and we had to ask for water, then, utensils, then napkins. They were busy but not organized. Food was amazing and does keep me coming back.
The chicken chile breakfast sandwich is one of the best things I've ever had for breakfast!

I have only tried a latte, a chocolate chip cookies and a pecan sticky bun so can't fully review the place yet. What I got was ok. I would never suggest it to someone else really. The sit down breakfast menu looks promising so I can't wait to try that. Overall this place is probably pretty good. I will update later when I try more
