Cicily's Pastaria & Grill

We've been here before when we traveled through. The pasta was good, I liked the sauce, the meatballs were a little mushy. The service was excellent, the temperature of the place was freezing so I'm glad I brought a jacket.

Waiter was very good, food was great. Very nice restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and paid $10 more than the menu price! When I asked about the ridiculous price difference I was told that it was to offset the cost of their online ordering platform fees! I should have called my order in instead of ordering online to save the $10. Plus my food was extremely bland, no flavor!

Beautiful restaurant with friendly efficient staff. Food would have been a five but some of the pork was overdone and a little tough. Loved the basil vinegarette.

Our first time eating at Cicily's My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at Cicily's for our anniversary. I made reservations just incase. When we entered, we were greeted and immediately sat at our table. We observed low lighting, relaxing atmosphere and very polite service.
Our waiter, Adam was the most friendliest person anyone could ever meet. We started off with cocktails, which were made perfect. We placed our food order shortly after our cocktails arrived. My wife had a salad and Fettuccini Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious! I had a salad and Chicken Parmesan, I loved it! Serving size for each meal was very filling. Adam went above and beyond our expectations and earned a very healthy tip simply for over extending his hospitality and kindness. Outstanding Italian food, service was exceptional and the restaurant was relaxing and felt romantic.
We will definitely eat here again and highly recommend you do the same.

Even if the food was bad (me and my mom both had our orders boxed up to go and threw it away when we got home), I would've been willing to go back if at least the bread was good. But not only was it not good, but they charge for the crappy bread. I always thought the bread was supposed to be a part of the experience at most Italian restaurants. Never been to one where at least the first serving wasnt complimentary lol learn something new everyday I guess. It wouldn't have even bothered me if, again, it was at least good 😭

I was very disappointed. They got my order wrong, wait staff were slow and unattentive. Won't be going back.

There's been a noticeable change here, which is why this is not 5 star. Prices have increased a lot, and any extra is now being charged for - Bread, a bit of extra parmesan, a little extra salad dressing.... The old nickel and diming trick! There seems to be a lot of tension between the chef and the wait staff - they are afraid to ask for things. As a long- time customer, I'm unhappy with this trend. Also, portions have been cut in half at lunch, but the price is the same. Again, not a happy customer. I hope you can get a handle on this, because I'm probably not the only customer who feels this way and I would hate to lose you!

Cute place that could use a swiffer duster (no offense). The mozzarella sticks and sauce was fantastic but other than that my food was mid. Drinks were mid. Servers were ok, not as friendly and would not visit again. Just didn’t wow me especially since they claim to be “best pasta”.
