I don't understand how this place was ever voted #1. Not at all impressed with the food or the service. Food arrived cold and soggy sandwich!!!! Service was extremely slow.

The best Italian food in the Valley.
*Update* We order from here twice a week through Doordash. Tonight I called to ask that they make sure to secure the bag, as we have had drivers get into our food before. The person who answered the phone named Chris refused to pass our request on to the person who was bagging the order and hung up on us. We won't be giving them our business anymore.
*NEW POST* I spoke with Erik and he was happy to make it right for us. We ordered our meals this evening and as always, the food was perfect. Thank you Erik for providing outstanding customer service and because of that we are once again loyal and regular customers of Cicilys.

Good food, wine is outrageous priced. 12 bottle in the store is 39 here. Food is reasonable to high, but good food and selection.

I'm sorry, I have to tell it like it is. We are in Medford looking for some good Italian food and find this place. Sign out front says voted best Italian food in Medford. Walk in and it looks like an old dark lounge from the 80s. We get our water right away but wait a while for the waitor. As we are waiting I watch as the bus boy belches at the top of hianlunch from by the bar. We order a calamari appetizer. Hard to mess up right, just deep fried goodness with a nice salty flavor. When it comes out and we taste, alas zero seasoning....no salt what so ever. Just deep fried grease. We order two pasta dishes Chicken Parm and another I can't remember the name. The chicken Parm has zero flavor as well. Zero. Basically just bland tomato sauce with two chicken cutlets with some cheese over pasta. I would have happily paid the same for one less chicken cutlet, less pasta and 1000% more flavor. Learn to use seasoning, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.

We tried Cicily's out for lunch while shopping around Medford. We were quickly seated and our waitress was very kind and attentive! The dining room is nice and dark with some pretty lighting. Very relaxing.

I wasn't impressed by the taste of our food, sadly. I found the bread and butter to be lacking in flavor, but the bread was still quite soft and warm! I didn't particularly like the salad with raspberry vinaigrette either—it was just quite plain. However, the risotto was excellent! Very cheesy with a good amount of vegetables and chicken. Plenty to take home for leftovers. My partner really enjoyed the lasagna as well.

Overall, the pricing was fair for the amount of food you get, but the taste was underwhelming. I might visit again to try the dinner menu. Worth a try!

Absolutely loved my evening at Cicily's, my first time and not the last. I had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. Wish there was a Pesto option too. The Manager that sat us was very helpful and accommodating us with a great table. So glad we found Cecily's.

Server was great and attentive. However, there was hair in my butter and the food was not good. Will not be going back.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cicily's for years, even bringing family and friends there on many occasions, but the last of couple times we’ve eaten there, the food was disappointing. My husband had meatballs and spaghetti and he said the meatballs tasted funny and couldn’t eat them. I had the eggplant parmesan and the eggplant was thick, watery and didn’t seem cooked enough. I could not eat it. I know there have been changes there and apparently it hasn’t been for the good. The one good thing is our favorite server has always been amazing! It makes me sad, but unfortunately, we’re probably not going back to this restaurant.

Quite and nice atmosphere and food was good. What really made the experience was the great hostess. I usually don't leave reviews, but this was a great place to sit down for a fancy lunch with my grandmother for her birthday.

Pretty spendy but the service was good. Unfortunately I ordered what was apparently one of the smallest things on the menu. That was a bummer otherwise the food was decent
