The staff are incredible and lovely. And WILDLY overworked for how busy this location is. Management - hire some more staff and help your staff. The cash register doesn’t work so you can’t pay cash, they’re constantly out of boxes, and none of the iPads on the wall work at all.

The Crumbl location in Medford is a great place to spend your money if you enjoy terrible customer service! I’ve been to Crumbl three times in the past two weeks, and each individual experience has been awful. I first went after the Pumpkin Roll cookie had been released, as my friends had been dying to try it and wanted to visit Crumbl during our lunch break- the cookie by itself was wonderful, but the woman who took my order was impolite and refused to make eye contact with me. At first, I figured she was having a bad day, until she happily greeted the people in line behind me, and complimented my friend when handing over her order. If I was disrespectful, I’d understand why I was treated in such an ill-mannered way, but I’ve never left anyone in service without a 25% tip and a good attitude-including Crumbl employees. A week later, I went to redeem my birthday cookie, when I was helped by the same woman as before. She sighed as I walked up to the counter, and rolled her eyes after I told her to have a great day. After a few days, my mom and I went to redeem her birthday cookie. Well waited in the store for over 25 minutes, just to find out her cookie had been given to someone else, and that ridiculously long wait was for nothing. If you asked me to name one semi-decent thing about my local Crumbl, I’d tell you that the cookies are sometimes cooked all the way through-key word: sometimes.
This store is always clean and neat. The employees are always kind and eager to help.
Parking: Parking shared with other restaurants, always a spot available.
Kid-friendliness: Have mini cookies and chocolate milk, never too loud or bright. Perfect for kids.
