Love the cookies, hate the staff. Almost always hard to get them to help if you have a question on top of that they never know the answer to cookie questions like what the base cookie is. Is it snicker or a sugar? They couldn't tell yuh!.

Never have enough materials to last the week and just went in on Monday to find half of the cookies sold out already. Nobody took our order and we stood there for 5 minutes and asked even and they still didn’t help or acknowledge.

Every single time I’ve driven 40 minutes to this location (Medford, OR) they NEVER have cookies for multiple reasons including being short staffed, high demand, or simply “sold out” it’s extremely frustrating. The workers also always look incredibly miserable, and have the worst customer service. Never going to this location again.
Love using the app to order cookies to take to the office and treat my coworkers to Crumbl! I really appreciate the ease of ordering and scheduling a pickup time.
