Every time I’m making an errand over the hill to Medford, I’ll stop by and check out the line up, but it seems like they never have full availability on the new items regardless of time of day or day of the week i’m here. I would do 1 star but the service is friendly so they get 2 stars.

Placed order. Application showed order was ready. Came by to pick it up and location was closed at 5:15pm. Store hours and application says open until midnight. They say it will take 5 days to cancel the order.
Update. They responded with a canned AI response that included a link. I reached out through the link and I still haven’t heard anything. I contacted Costco who I purchased the gift cards from and they gave me a refund. Hopefully if there are enough complaints the corporate office will find a franchise who actually cares.
When I went to get cookies there weee 2 to pick from yes 2! We were not happy then they tasted stale for a huge 25 dollars for cookies just say I’m done with that place! It once was ran good now it’s gone down hill like most chains! You can get the recipie on pintrest for pink cookie I have made! I will continue to make my own for my family!!!

I visited several Crumbl Cookies locations during a one‑week vacation in WA and OR, and unfortunately this one wasn’t our favorite. The staff didn’t seem as polished or enthusiastic as in the other stores, and the selection was limited during 2-3 times our visits at different times of day. On the positive side, the store is in a very convenient location with free parking, and it looked clean and bright each time we stopped by.
