I hate to post a bad review, but I’ve now had two not great experiences within two weeks at this particular store. I ordered my cookies online for pick up first thing in the morning when they open and this is the second time I’ve gone and they have been out of a cookie that I have specifically ordered that has been available on the website, but when I get there, they don’t have it. Very frustrating situation then the employee Wants me to cancel my order have it refunded and re-order telling me that it would take 30 minutes to 2 hours for the money to go back on my card so I needed to go wait. There’s only about two girls in that store that are helpful. The other ones are kind of snobby and don’t like it when you complain. I get cookies every single weekend and it’s super frustrating to drive an hour and a half to pick some thing up that supposed to be available and it’s not and then getting treated like it’s my fault. I do want to kindness customer service yesterday. She was the only one that didn’t make me feel like it was my fault.

Every week no matter what time I show up to get cookies they're out of at least one flavor but sometimes more. They taste good when they have them but even at not popular times they're out of stock. For instance at this very moment they're out of 2 of the better flavors for the week. Just please make more stock of the popular flavors

The app system is so dumb. No point in pre-ordering. Everyone else is served 1st.Food was great. Pick up associate was was kinda rude. No greeting. Didn't acknowledged us. Not friendly didn't really listen to what I was saying

Yet another frustrating experience with this franchise. Problems started about 3-4 years ago when the store didn't have boxes for the purchase of 4 cookies and would only sell the cookies at the single cookie price instead of using the bigger box. I've lost track of the number of times the franchise ran out of ingredients to make some of the cookies and weren't going to get them before the weekend changeover, despite being out of the ingredients on Friday afternoon. For the loyalty rewards, they ALWYS round down rather than rounding to the nearest whole dollar. The final straw was changing pricing to $x.99 for anything being purchased, but they don't carry any pennies to make change and they still round down for loyalty points.Clearly, they aren't interested in our business so we will be happy to oblige.Good riddance.
