Prime rib was terrible. Green beans were hard and unsatisfactory. Crab salad was great. We had a difficult time visiting over the vacuuming and this was at 6:30! Waiter was fantastic!

We went for dinner but the few choices available didn't appeal to us so we ordered from the breakfast menu. My garden omelet with buttermilk pancakes was excellent. The 3-egg omelet was fully stuffed with diced veggies and cheese, cooked just right. The buttermilk pancakes were light but didn't fall apart with great flavor. If you don't care for the sugar water syrup, jam and honey are available. The staff were pleasant and service was efficient. The interior of the former McGrath's Fish House is basically unchanged.

My family is of mixed color, we came into Elmer's to have breakfast like we do every week when my family comes to visit us. We sat in the bar area to eat and gamble. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink. We gave him our drink order which was a soda and the rest were waters, he then turned to my brother and asked for ID. Totally understandable question cause we are in a bar. My brother was reaching for his ID and the waiter said that we needed to go. Now mind you my brother was the only one asked for ID and the only one of us of color. I felt so embarrassed and disrespected as the other patrons were staring. I told the waiter that I felt he was not being professional and I would appreciate him lowering his voice. My brother tried to hand him his ID and he said we needed to go. WE WILL NEVER RETURN...

Waiter was nice. We weren’t sure what we wanted for drinks so he brought water and asked us if we wanted anything else. Gravy on the biscuit was cold and hash browns were not done. Sausage patty was like what I could have gotten at the grocery store. Waiter wanted to take my card before he brought the check. Was not impressed and won’t be back

Great service @ Elmer's off of Stewart in Medford, OR. Our waitress Bre was very attentive and welcoming, great service. Beautiful setting with local Oregon landscapes displayed on prominent walls. Huge new menus. Very clean restaurant in a great location. The food was typical for a chain restaurant, it was okay, nothing to write home about. Probably won't be returning unless it was convenient.

First off ordered a bloody Mary and it came with no garnish..that's the main point of a bloody Mary. Had to flag down a waitress that wasn't ours to fix this problem... On to the food. Boyfriend ordered the big ranch breakfast smothered in gravy..it didn't come with all 3 meats just bacon..our eggs were over hard. Ordered over easy. Hash browns barely brown and not fully cooked. I normally don't leave reviews but this is the third time we have had bad food...service was okay ..

Sarah was warm, welcoming and had a wonderful personality. The assistant GM, Brandy, was inviting with a smile, and made sure that we were taken care of. This was our first time hearing of Elmer’s and we will not hesitate to visit again when we pass through Medford.

My husband and I went for breakfast. It took forever to get our food and by the time we got it my husbands pancakes were cold, syrup was cold, butter was cold not melted. I asked for extra crispy bacon which was brought to me only slightly cooked. Our waitress seemed bothered when we told her. Our coffee was refilled once while we sat forever waiting for a refill. Some of the food was just ok. It all seemed very commercialized. The man that took our payment was very unfriendly and didn't say a word to us even when my husband said hello to him and asked him how he was doing. He didn't even say a word as we left. It was very awkward. We will not be going back and we will not recommend Elmer's to our family or friends.

Stopped in for breakfast at S Medfird location. Seated promptly and order taken after deciding. Food came quickly and presentation was nice. Condiments needed filling. Waiter did not return until he layed the check on the table, but when employees can't be found that want to work and customers show up, what can you do?
